Rude Staff. Showerhead and drain were broken. Window in bathroom swollen shut. Couldn't regulate heat. Paper thin walls. At least 2 weeks worth of dust under the bed.
Great value for money, given the location, room size, facilities, cleanliness, tranquillity (avoid rooms next to the lift, e.g. 11, 21, 31, etc). However, keep in mind that we booked the room for less than a third of its official price (ca. €220)...
Beds were rather uncomfortable and we got two beds instead of the promised twin one (but that's typical).
Hotel is good for what you pay. A bit outdated but comfortable enough. Besides, who gites to Paris to spend it in the hotel? Nobody ☺ Location is good since you have a big train/metro station close by that in a few minutes leaves you in the city center. Also there is parking garage in front of the hotel which was excellent for us too. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so don't know the quality of it. Helpful desk clerk, quick check in and decent rooms.
The elevator is super small. Needed to go up and down a couple of times to get all my luggage upstairs. But hey, that's better than nothing. Just info.
The location is the forte of this hotel. It's very close to St Lazare train and metro station which is one of the main hubs of Paris. If you are on a budget this hotel will do. Don't expect much, very basic, quite small room and quite clean but the shower is VERY small and even the lift.
The shower and lift are VERY small, the smallest I have ever been into and I am normal weight and height. If you are overweight you won't fit. The drain of the shower took ages to clear.
Great location. Very close to galarie la fayatte ( 6-7 minutes by walking, metro (saint lazzare train station), opera garnier and madaliene. Kind staffs is going to be waiting you 24 hours on reception desk.
Small room and wardrobe. there is just one plug in the room. If you have 2 iphone, then it will be boring for you.
Great location, possibility to order shuttle directly from Hotel to airport
Lack of electricity plugs in room, (only 1 on the floor and 1 above the TV- difficult to reach)
Perfect location next to metro, restaurants and shops. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was basic but clean.
Room was small but bareable. Not luxurious at all but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel if on a budget.
I like the location of the hotel that close to metro and train station and close to shopping area.
The facilities in the room are poor and there is no jug.
Acessable for railways
Very basic dimly lit doorways to rooms
Bathroom Bed Location Staff
Locked fridge Not allowed to eat in the room
Could communicate in English! Very helpful.
Proximity to Gare St Lazare
Bathroom, small room , old furniture, furnishings,
Friendly staff- close to the St Lazare Gare - breakfast adequate. Good average hotel
The floor in the bedroom needed a good clean - something had been spilled and not cleaned up - sticky - bit unpleasant .
Small rooms Breakfast
internet and bathroom
too few electrical outlets, elevator slams when gets to destination, no ac in room.
Love the location, close to the station and easy to find.
Very hot in the room and shower was broken.
Location, rather big room for such a price and location, good hairdryer, good internet connection even on the 6th floor, comfortable bed
The room was hot and airless even with open windows. It was impossible to sleep in such a hot, airless room. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were like rocks. Hardly slept at all. Would not stay again.
near train station of saint lazare.
no air conditioner in rooms !!!
Very close to station, central location
good value for money: downtown paris, 100 euro/night with fair conditions in summer in Paris nice staff
no air-conditioned in the room, but when weather is not too hot. It is ok a bit noisy street (but bearable)
Near the public transport.
Too much noise. No air condition. The room is beside the elavator.
Our price not incl breakfast but i forget...when we check in the lady said we can have breakfast and didnt remind us we have to pay if eat....finally when we check out we have to pay all extra fee for bf. I feel bit angry about this.
Location near St Lazare station. Clean and new rooms.
Traffic noise at 6am. Breakfast too expensive for such a limited choice.
