The restaurant : I have seen criticisms on the Internet, but we were very happy with the quality of the cooking - interesting, good association of flavours, not so heavy as to stay on the stomach afterwards. The menu could, with profit, include more of the provincial "cuisine de grandmère" in its make-up. |

Lovely hotel. . Staff very attentive, and very nice restaurant attached, although a bit expensive. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a good overnight stop off. The town of Tournus is also a delight. bathroom a bit dated and cramped. but still ok. |

A splendid hotel - one of the best in France. The twin room with abbey view was well laid out and furnished in genuine antiques. We also enjoyed the bar and the served breakfast - no buffet to our delight. The breakfast room is small and gloomy. Breakfast on the terrace alongside the abbey is preferable, weather permitting. |

Posizione molto bella vicino alla cattedreale, molto tranquillo, camera pulita e confortevole. Parcheggio gratuito, nel cortile dell'hotel. La presenza nel bagno di vasca con tenda anzichè cabina doccia.Colazione non a buffet, piuttosto costosa in rapporto a ciò che viene offerto. |

J'ai séjourné dans cette hôtel à deux reprises. A mon premier passage, tout était idyllique sauf que j'ai eu du mal à dormir à cause d'un manque d'air dans la chambre. A mon deuxième passage, la chambre 105 m'a tellement déçue que je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel lors d'une prochaine étape vers le Sud de la France. Les chambres sur la cour ont un double vitrage trop efficace car aucun air ne filtre et j'ai eu l'impression d'étouffer. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause du bruit du train. La chambre 105 était particulièrement désagréable : odeur de moisi dans la sdb, douche qui fuit, couette beaucoup trop chaude pour la saison, fil électrique du sèche- cheveux trop court, verrou de porte qui ne ferme pas !^Donc, oui pour l'hôtel mais pas pour toutes ses chambres. |
