Good location with easy access to the Metro. A variety of establishments within a radius of 500 meters for daily needs, 2 boulangeries, a pharmacy, 2 convinience stores, cafes and reasonably priced restaurants. I still think the price was steep with breakfast not included and the price of the buffet breakfast was not worth it. The boulangerie at the corner was a lot better. |

Location, quiet and safe, accessible to shopping and tourist attractions, friendly and helpful staff. The price. something between 150 to 170 Euro will be more reasonable |

Location, quality of materials in the room, a real key for the safe, "double glass" in windows, enviroment is very nice With respect to the staff, english may be a problem at the reception. I got the wake up call one hour late due to misunderstanding on the phone. Vivian speaks fluent english & was very helpful |

Location, window boxes, view from room, cleanliness. Staff during the day were polite and efficient. It did the job and it was as described on the tin. On arrival, night staff on duty, our booking had not registered and we were not expected. This caused a worry. There were then several more exchanges concerning our bank card details over the stay which we had included with our on-line booking, so it was a bit of a pest. Night staff not hugely welcoming initially. However, did sort it out, got us a room, sorted out the TV and explained that it was not our fault - but we don't know how it happened. On balance they were fine and sorted it out. |

Clean rooms; comfortable beds; plenty of hot water in the shower. Good location near La Madeline - easy walk to the Metro, and not far from the Tulieres gardens, the Opera and the Louvre. Carpet in our room was a little shabby - a few carpet tiles worn and pulling up from the floor near the bed. |

Accueil très sympathique! La réceptionniste a cherché des solutions à notre intolérance au gluten et a même trouvé une adresse d'un restaurant sans gluten à paris. Bravo |
