The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly - from reception to restaurant. They make your stay at Avignon such a good hospitality experience and they help lighten everyone's mood. And in fact, if you drive or take the bus from downtown Avignon, this hotel is so conveniently located. |

Friendly staff, especially the new owner who took over the day we left. He was full of 'bonhomie' Always a dreadful small of tom cat in reception area downstairs which was why we did not have breakfast there. Smell miraculously disappeared with new owners! On the whole a lovely stay and the hotel was central to the beautiful little town. |

Having read the other reviews on Trip Advisor after booking which went on about the prevading stench of cat wee all I can say is that some people have very well developed senses of smell! There was a very faint odour in the lobby area but otherwise all I could smell was bleach! Room was lovely, staff friendly and the courtyard setting for a sunny breakfast could not be bettered. Parking outside even in the hotels drop off bay proved impossible. We parked for free for the 4 days in a free car park by the police station - a 5 minute walk away |

Our room was in the attic part of the Hotel. Needs attention to bring it up to standard. Make sure you ask not to be given this room !! |

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, jedes Zimmer anders eingerichtet. Kleiner Garten. Kein Aufzug-d.h. Koffer schlepen. Ab 20:00 Uhr keine Busverbindung mehr nach Avignon. |
