Hotel de l'Avenir  

The location of the hotel is just perfect!! It feels so like Paris here - the 6th arrondissement is always the best choice as it's absolutely safe and calm, with not too many tourists and cars, so you can easily enjoy staying in the city without even using a metro. And here it's just 2 minutes to get to Jardins du Luxembourg, 10 minutes and you'll have breakfast in the most famous Les Deux Magots or Cafe de Flore... )) it's not too expensive and definitely worth this money, so I would recommend it for sure. The hotel staff was always friendly and ready to help (except for I had some problems with the change paying by cash). The room is very nice and always well cleaned, with a tiny but good bathroom, there's also a safe in the room.

I like the location of the hotel. Otherwise, there isn't much to it. It has easy acess to Sorbonne, Notre Dame, St Germaine de Pres, the Louvre, and Musee d'Orsay. The restaurant across the street is nice. Many other nice restaurants in the area.

The lighting in the room was terrible. We couldn't see to read. Although we had twin beds, they were pushed so close together that they may have well as been one bed. We couldn't figure out how to use the shower without soaking the entire bathroom. We certainly couldn't wash our hair in that shower/tub. There were no drawers or cabinet where we could stow our clothing. The closet was adequate.

Awesome locations, small rooms, tidy, friendly staff. Good experience..we will return.

The location is wonderful. Easy access from the rer and close to good restaurants in a section of Paris that is not too touristy. I had stayed there 50 years ago with my father on our way to the Middle East. It has been modernized since then but being sentimental, it was fun for me to be there. It has its quirks as it did 50 years ago but is perfectly acceptable to me.

My husband like to have coffee available at all times. He is an early riser and had to wait for the staff to arrive to get coffee.

Manca il frigo bar, ascensore lentissimo, spazi piccoli, rifiniture non all'altezza, prezzo troppo alto per la qualita' e servizio offerto.posizione non comoda per andare in centro e prendere taxi

Qualité d'accueil du personnel, situation géographique, confort, propreté, calme...

Sa situation et le contact avec le personnel qui sans être chaleureux est à l'écoute du client.

La robinetterie de la salle de bain et l'exiguité de la chambre.

Accueil aimable et serviable

Hotel qui nécessite des travaux notamment dans la salle d'eau, trop vétuste et peu pratique.

Je trouve qu'il n'y a pas une grande différence de standing avec l'hôtel Peyrere voisin où j'ai également séjourné récemment, alors que le prix est plus élevé.
