The hotel has easy access to most of Paris's major transport links to the main sights. The staff were very unhelpful, sometimes quite rude and the hotel was not priced accurately for the comfort factor. The room also did not have a safe which I read in the description would be provided. |

The decor in my room (room 42) was very poor. The shower room was also in need of refurbishment, however the bed was very comfortable. Overall, with a lick of paint and some refurbishment the hotel was a suitable base for a city break and other rooms may have been in better condition. |

It was a value for money, no frills hotel, fine for bed and breakfast. Close to metro, not far out of Paris centre at all. |

Location is good between Gare de Lyon and Bastille. No elevator is ok, because thay don't even promise anything like that. Staff is a bit of rude. There was a mushroom growing from he bathroom floor!! Cleaniness not so good. Pillow also terrible, one big and narrow pillow for two people. Bed not more than 140cm wide for two |

The main advantage is its location near gare de Lyon... and the fairness of the price... The rooms are very small, and there are no elevator and there isnt many cleaning...If it is just for sleeping its ok... |

This hotel is great for someone looking to stay one night in Paris. It's close to the gare de lyon and metro. It's nothing fancy and they do have breakfast. It's not worth the 5 euros so just go down the street to the boulangerie. |

Friendly welcome despite a very late arrival. Free WiFi throughout. Comfortable, firm bed. Extra pillows in room. Shutters on windows to block out light effectively. Very convenient for Gare de Lyon and Gare Austerlitz (about 5 mins away each). The bathroom was hilarious! It was so small that you can't stand in it to brush your teeth without having the door open. The towel rail blocks access to the taps with towels on it. The toilet was wedged between the shower cubicle and the sink, so for an average sized male it required a fascinating proceedure of much contorting to take a seat. So awful it was just funny! Seriously though, a one night stopover is fine but any longer than that I'd find somewhere else. |

The location within Zone 1, just a short walk from Gare de Lyon, was just perfect. We didn't know French, the personel didn't know much English, but we managed to understand each other anyway. The room was small, but it was exactly what was described, and the toilet was really small, but the room had it's own toilet, and to fit one it really couldn't be a large one. Perhaps the personel could have been better at English, but we travelled to a country without knowing French, so who is at fault. At the same time we understand each other anyway, and we had a wonderful time both in Paris and at the hotel. The bed was soft, but we slept like logs. |

must be the worst hotel in France (and I have seen a few)!!! absolutely awful, stay away!!! could not sleep at all for the sickening smell, the neon light rom the outside (as curtains did not cover the whole window) and the noise the plumbing made. walls covered with marks of old flooding from above and huge holes exposing the pipes. no lift, shaky, narrow winding staircase, impossible to get your luggage upstairs, staff offered no help. the only reason we did not leave immediately is because we arrived at 9pm and had nowhere else to go. in retrospect, we would have been better off sleeping outside! and we paid £52 for this!!!! |

Location was good. Near to Gare d Lyon and Notre Damme. Sein river is also very close. Bastille square is pretty close and you can join the place for night attractions and good food. Room was very small, but wc was extremly small and it is difficult to wash face and make toillet. |

The hotel location and the rate. It was a pity the hotel was under small construction and remodling, other than that the hotel and the staff was all right. |

It was within easy reach of the Gare de Lyon. The fact that it didnt have a lift and luggage had to be carried up several flights of stairs. |

The greatest advantage was the location; just a short 5 minute walk from Gare de Lyon, which was fantastic. The staff was nice and friendly. There was no soap in the bathroom (very minor). |
