staff is really nice and helpful, location is good, near to all most popular places, i recommend!
great location close to station friendly staff
room was very compact
Location handy to everything, clean, quiet (we were given a quiet room) able to leave windows open for fresh air. Young man on desk was very helpful and obliging. Reasonable price. Appreciated exhaust fan that worked (!) in shower- room.
Breakfast a bit light on - considering the cost.
room is to small
Very calm and quiet serene atmosphere. Located centrally easy to commute between different locations.
The size of room and bathroom too small
It is handy for the station. Lots of eating places near at hand. Easy walking to Monmatre and into the centre of Paris
It is a busy area and can be noisy.
Location, Staff were very helpful
The staff was super sweet an very accommodating. The location to the metro stations were excellent and super helpful.
There was No air conditioning so it was very noisy because you had to sleep with the windows open in order to get any air/breeze.
Location and private bath. Wi-Fi was nice when it worked. Morning service counter staff was excellent when we asked questions.
City traffic noise. Temperature of room
the location is top staf is friendly good is parking facility
a lot of noise in room facing the street the shower head on both rooms were broken, when commented on it staff starts to laugh. gives you an idea how serious they take maintenance wifi falls out blankets not clean their hotel neon lights did not work, they don't care about people looking for the hotel in the street little bit 3rd world kind of style
Only 5 mins walk from Garre du Nord Station so great for Eurostar. Close proximity to several Metro stations, really easy to get to anywhere in Paris, Loads of shops and restaurants in the area. On arrival the staff are very warm and welcoming and keen to help. Room a bit dated but kept clean and tidy
Nothing to dislike about the hotel, did have noisy neighbours but that's just bad luck
Proximity to 2 metro stations that get you pretty much everywhere in paris in minimum time we could not hear any street noise.
The breakfast time ends at 9h30 - Too early for people on vacations. Room didn't have any Tea Coffee facilities. Not recommended for family stay.
proximity to 2 metro stations that get you pretty much everywhere in paris in minimum time we could not hear any street noise from our bedroom
the breakfast time ends at 9h30...too early for people on vacation...
Hotel is run by a father and his sons. Very friendly and very helpful with directions and other tips for Paris.
Disgustingly dirty, every carpet in this place was filthy dirty. The rooms were tiny and filthy dirty, the bedding looked like it hadn't been cleaned for cleans, and with three young children, it was embarrassing. No breakfast. Our room had no coffee facilities or even a kettle.
Perfectly positioned between two major stations ease of access to all of Paris
Good location - 5 mins walk from the Gare du Nord Station Very friendly staff
Air conditioning not working (which made things very uncomfortable, considering that it was summer time) No towels when we got to the hotel one night
Location was ideal for airport and for getting around Paris. Staff were welcoming and helpful, made you feel welcome. Some good local bars/food - ideal to relax in after a full day sightseeing.
If anything, breakfast room a bit small and shower/toilet in daughters single room a bit small, but still functional and for middle of Paris at that price, good value for money.
The location was great as its access to other amenities.
The breakfast time should have be more confortable as they do 7:30 to 9:30am. while its should have be up to 10:00am
Access to the metro and RER is convenient. The room and bathroom was very clean.
Towels are dirty. They should be white,but...are completely gray. I didn't feel like using them. Shower head is also dirty. I gave up having a shower, in spite of sweating in the middle of summer.
Great views from top floor balcony
the price and the carpet
location value wifi
Central location good for 2 major stations and metro so perfect for touring Paris. At the end of the day it was clean, safe, friendly and good value for money.. If you looking for any luxury go the Ibis etc but pay the price. At end of day this is somewhere to sleep if touring the city. Plenty of decent food around the area from the €12 - €60 mark for 2 main courses and 2 drinks. Great for Paris on a budget.
Area was loud at night so sometimes disturbed sleep but again its a city hotel and its to be expected whether here or any other small hotel.
