The hotel is placed near metro station.

It is old, cheap, dirty, small hotel that should cost 30 Eur maximum. Think twice before staying in it! Nearby you can find much better hotels. I do not recommend it to anyone. The hotel administration will treat you like you are "nothing". The hotel does not really work with booking.com reservations - they can tell you that you made no booking at all. The management of the hotel is very rude to the clients. There is no elevator. I saw insects in the room. There were no hot water. And the room was cold. I could not sleep all night because I could hear any sound from the street. And in the morning when you wake up - you will probably see dirty, drank people in the lobby - friends of the administration

The location is very good, steps to the brochant stop of Metro Line 13.

The man at the front desk at night doesn't speak English. I had an early flight to catch at the day I left so I asked them to book taxi. They charged me 16 euro and told me that I only need to pay 20 to the driver. When I got downstairs that morning at 4:30 which was the reservation time, they told me the taxi had left!!! Then they told me that they booked a new one and I need to pay 40 euro. While half hour past and no taxi came. Finally I got a taxi on the street and charged me 60 euro to the airport. I will never go to this hotel any more.

The location to Paris tourist attractions, close to Metro and lively main street with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, internet shop etc. The bed was nice and hard.

Where to start? 1. No hot water for 2 days. Shower leaked all over bedroom tiled floor meaning wet clothes, and was dangerously slippery. 2. Booked room not available for first night. 3. Stairway to bathroom on first floor so unsafe as to make you think about wetting the bed! I have taken a photo or two for OMG comments! 4. No working WIFI for length of stay. 5. So noisy inside and out as to make sleep impossible. The noise defies adequate 6. One member of night staff surley and rude. Main daytime concierge obsequious and deaf to any complaints.

It was bit annoying that wifi was only in the reception abd that I didn't have my own bathroom, but it was okay.

There was not hot water throughout my stay at the hotel for three nights.

pictures are not representative of the place. the bathroom outside of room requires traversing some treacherous and less han secure stairs, quite frightening at night. it was not clean. no plugs in the room. horrible place. some sort of insect bit me. we moved to another location after one night there.

After travelling for 12 hours I was to find out that the showers weren't working, the WIFI wasn't working, the stairs were so narrow I could barely get my suicase up and the toilet facilities were down two flights of stairs. A very disappointing experience.

One staff member was extremely nice and friendly, other not so much.

Shower and toilet not in room and not on every floor only had 1 hot shower in the 4 nights I stay there other times no hot water.. Quiet noisy. Walls very thin can hear conversations and snoring.

I stayed in the Hotel l'Europe for three nights. It is located in not very center of Paris. Official address of the hotel might be confusing: in address it is written Palais de Congress, Arch de Triomph area, but in reality it is quite far from above mentioned district. Luckily there is nearby a metroline 13, station Brochant. So after changing your lines you can get to Montmartre and other places of Paris. Room size was normal. Hotel is 25 minutes drive from Charles De Goll airport. Hotel staff: I met only one dayly receptionist who was normal in communication.

I did not like separate location of the toilet and bathroom. Stairs are very high , very curved and narrow. There is no elevator in the building, so if you have a havy lugage you'll defenitely need sombody to help. Toilet was on the same floor, next to the room and it was very uncomfortable as you are disturbed any time when somebody goes to the toilet ( walls are very thin and any kind of noise spreads easily). Bathroom was on the one floor below. (Unbelivebly strange construction of stairs, and very small bathroom). Breakfast is not included. Eating area ( two small one tables in front of the reception desk) is awful. Reception area is very untidy. I would hardly reccomend anybody to stay in this hotel.

Many rooms do not include a toilet, including several where the toilet was not even on the same. Others also did not have there own shower again even on the same floor. This could be bearable if there was a price difference per room but every room is priced based upon number of beds, nothing else taken into consideration. Therefore, you could have no toilet or shower on your floor and be paying the same price as someone who has both in their room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a metro stop very close. Buses pass on a nearby street. The hotel is close to shops. An Internet cafe is across the street.

It is a little easy to hear the conversations or doors closing of other guests. However, I think most guests were respectful of others.

Le personnel est très gentil, notamment le réceptionniste Rani. Monsieur Rani a été d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. C'est le genre d'employer à faire revenir un client.

Situation geographique

Sale, mal insonoriser, lit trop petit, télévision ne fonctionne pas.... Etc...

Chambre lumineuse et propre. Lit confortable. Cabine de douche même si hors de la chambre propre avec eau chaude qu'importe l'heure. Personnel très sympathique. Proche du métro.

Wifi non disponnible dans les chambre. Toilettes avec odeur d'urine prononcée.

Het personeel was erg onvriendelijk en sprak geen engels. De kamer was erg vies, je schoenen plakte aan de vloer vast. Er zat schimmel aan het douchegordijn, geen wc op de kamer en de gezamenlijke wc was duidelijk heel erg lang niet schoongemaakt. De man zei dat de schoonmaakster ziek was.. Verder is het heel erg gehorig.
