Mitten in Poitier, dennoch ruhig; sehr gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Freundliches Personal, das auch Englisch spricht. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, es war ein sehr ruhiges Hotel, direkt in der Innenstadt. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Der Balkon war ein 'Gemeinschaftsbalkon', man konnte quasi in andere Zimmer reinschauen.

Hotel was quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. An excellent location when visiting Poitiers

I thought this was an excellent hotel. Staff were helpful and the hotel provides nearly everything that somebody just on holiday will need. I would stay again if I was in Poitiers. The buffet for breakfast is just amazing. Don't miss it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the twin room, whilst compact, was quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect too, with private parking that makes shopping and visiting the many excellent local restaurants completely stress-free. Can't wait to go back!

Nothing. it was unbelievably good value for money. The economy rooms might not suit older or infirm travellers though, as there is no lift.

No tea/coffee facilities in room, but I am finding this is the norm in France so far on my travels.

Beautiful, modern, comfort hotel in central location. Excellent breakfast. Private parking in the yard. Comfortable bed.

We liked the friendly staff, the location, the free Wi-Fi and the extremely convenient overground parking in the courtyard - excellent if travelling with a roofbox. The old staircase and the breakfast room overlooking the garden were lovely. (There was also a lift)

Our room was adequate and comfortable, but a bit small. No problem. We didn't plan to stay in it much. The shower design was bit tired - small with outward opening doors so a bit drippy, but it worked fine. There was no air-con in the room - ok in late September, not best in a heatwave.

Water supply of the sink. The protective window between the bath and the sink was not fixed which made that water was falling on the ground when taking a shower Key access to the room was rather difficult

Lovely hotel in central Poitiers, very good value for money and the parking is only 6 euros daily. Staff are helpful and friendly we just had an overnight on our way back to the UK.

Initially given room 171 which was no more than a box cupboard, next to the lift. Toilet intermittent, Carpet very dirty, Table lamp defective. (Classed as a Comfort room). Discussed with reception after first night and immediately moved with apologies to another Comfort room in the main building (26) which was lovely.

location was amazing, right next to the town square

we booked a room for 4 but was given two rooms of two (allegedly linked but weren't) which meant that our family had to be split up to sleep, as the small children (6 & 7) couldn't stay in a room alone. we had been travelling since 6 that morning and they had no options and i had no intention of trailing around the city to find an alternative - disapointing. that said the rooms were clean.

Excellent location comfortable beds

seemed a little bit expensive wasn't a superior room as advised buy other standards, no air con room was extremely hot, No toiletries in bathroom as one would expect at this price. Being charged 9 euros for breakfast on top of the room rate is a little bit of a con, don't bother with that you can find lovely cafes not more than 2 mins away.

The breakfast was too expensive to buy as a family of 4.

The evening receptionist was quite exceptional. she could not have done better under difficult conditions with the ambient temperature nudging 41 degrees C
