Nothing was too much trouble food excellent ok it would be nice to be able to eat in at weekends but we knew before we went so no complaints 2min from place du jean of arc and 5mins from all the shops no excellent value for munny will be going back |

Location of the hotel is excellent in the hub of everything. Staff were friendly. The bathroom facilities were excellent and clean. The room we stayed in was very hot despite it not being that hot outside. There was no tea making facilities, trouser press or hairdryer in the room which I would have expected for the price. |

Excellent situation; friendly welcome and friendly staff. It was disappointing that the restaurant of the hotel was not functioning on the weekend evenings. |

I would definitely return to the Hotel De L'europe. The staff were pleasant and helpful and my room was spotless. Really though, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the middle of shopping, historic sites, restaurants, and close to the river. Excellent stay. The one drawback was that food wasn't allowed in the room and their breakfast was 10 euros, which is outrageous. Life would have been easier (and cheaper) with my own food in my room. |

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is fairly basic, however it has been recently renovated and it is comfortable, clean and more than adequate for a night or two's stay. No. It is in the middle of the city, therefore there was a little noise in the street at night, but with the windows closed , it was not an issue at all. As a regular user of hotels, I would say that this hotel was good value for money and I would recommend it. |

The staff are excellent . This is a small hotel and they make you feel at home. The manageress provided us with a map of Rouen in English, and we had breakfast in our room. Doubt a UK hotel of similar standing would provide this facility. Sat TV only had BBC news .. not Sky or CNN. |

Erreichbarkeit u.zentrale Lage ,Parkhaus in der Nähe ,Lage ziemlich ruhig.Personal freundlich ,zugewandt, familiär.Ein Hotel mit erkennbarer persönl. Note . lift baulich bedingt recht klein, ein Fön musste an der Rezeption nachgefragt werden.Personal hatte mehrfache Aufgaben zu erledigen (Frühstück,Rezeption,bügeln der Tischwäsche),dadurch sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. |

Hotel centralissimo, ragazza alla reception disponibile, pulizia delle camere. Camere minuscole, prive di spazio per sistemare le valigie, bagno altrettanto piccolo; a noi è stata inoltre data una camera che affacciava verso l'interno, non proprio un bel panorama. |

La sua poszione è veramente centrale, quindi comodissimo per girare a piedi Non ha l'ascensore. Le stanse sono davvero molto piccole. |
