It met my expectancies from a city hotel : location in the centre, clean room, comfortable bed, nice hot bath, good breakfast, and smiling faces. Car Park was a bit too far. |

The location is excellent and a nice welcome. They were helpful when we had to move rooms as we had no hot water. Good double glazing to windows which muffled the noise of clock chimes. We had to move rooms because no hot water and bathroom smelled. Just felt that decor of room was pretty basic. To be honest a bit shabby. The foyer downstairs was nice downstairs - would definitely not stay again. |

The entire Staff was terrific- helpful & friendly. Modern bathroom was large & had especially nice toiletries. Free coffee/tea in room was a nice touch. In-room refrig/mini bar & safe were appreciated. Free WIFI was unexpected, though it should be expanded beyond the 1st two floors, or a more user-friendly 'lounge' should be provided for internet usage. Hotel & Room are a bit 'tired': Bedroom wall had many large stains & hotel carpets were stained/torn in numerous places. TV did not get CNN as it was supposed to, even though other rooms did. Room overlooked the cafes which were noisy until 2AM. AC was turned off for the season so we had no choice but to open the windows to cool off the hot room.... Sleep was difficult on Fri/Sat nights. Compared to other places on this trip, the 'value for $' experience was disappointing. |

The location was terrific for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was much nicer than in similarly priced hotels in which we have stayed. The staff were very helpful in helping us to locate our luggage when the cycling outfit with whom we had just completed a tour was late in getting our luggage to the hotel. |

Having arrived fairly late, we were very pleased that we were still able to have "a nice room with a good view" as we had asked for - thanks to the wonderfully helpful staff. Also a mention for the maid; she kept the room exceptionally clean for the entire week along with clean (very good quality) towels and frequent change of bed linen. This hotel definitely made the holiday perfect. |

The hotel was just like I hoped it would be. A parisian little hotel that was very quaint. I would totally recommend this hotel if you truly want a parisian experience. |

The staff were very helpful regarding parking our car and gave clear travel directions when we were ready to leave Avignon. There was noisy maintenance work being done outside our bedroom which spoiled the end of our stay there. |

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Avignon. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the sights. Particularly appreciated was the sound-proofing - a very relaxing stay. |

The staff is friendly and the room is clean. This hotel is a run-of-the-mill bulk hotel that offers absolutely nothing special and is not a good value. The room, even though non-smoking, haas a lingering smell of being smoked in. The location is between two heavily trafficked roads, which makes balconies useless. |

Very central location, terrace was lovely, bathroom was good size with nice wash stuff. Staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. It's a lovely building and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast wasn't that good and definitely not worth the price, and while the AC in our room did work, it needs a service (not very cool) and the fact that there was only a duvet on the bed didn't help. But I'd still return at another time of year. |

Central location in Avignon, very clean room, helpful staff, reasonable value, old historic building, nicely decorated, quiet room Typical of many hotels in France, there is no shower curtain and no wash cloths. It is hard to take a shower without spraying the floor. |

Very convenient location. Helpful and pleasant staff, Comfortable room. Wish more information had been given to us about the parking arrangements. After struggling to find the hotel in our car through the very busy, largely pedestrianised system, we found how easy it was to use the underground carpark, and received a 40% discount. |

Good location, at the heart of the town. (1) Noise from the street such as garbage collection before 6am; people partying on the street till late night. (2) Bathtub with no curtain - water spread all over the floor easily. |

Very central to main sights in town The shower which we had was so small that it was almost impossible to wash, and it is a mystery why a simple hook to hang up the shower head was not installed. Paid breakfasts are basically first come first served. |

Conveniently located at the center of the old town. Easy access to everywhere. It was nice and quiet as I was stay at the in a suite unit. Room can be clean a bit better. Carpet was not fully vacuumed. Not enough hot water when I was ready to shower in the morning. |

Staff were very helpful, and the central location was perfect for seeing the sights in the city, and restaurants - right on the main Square! First room we were given was too small to even open our suitcases, and was infested with ants. After complaining, we were given a much more usable, larger room with a nice view. The hotel would not cash Travellers Checks, and the wireless internet was slow, and only available in the lounge. |
