both day and night staff extremely helpful and friendly; typical European small rooms, but clean and cute and very quiet. No elevator, but the lady at the front desk even offered to help carry bags. Very accomodating with check out times and holding our bags. Super location for the Notre Dam and Petite France neighborhood - easy walk. Really nice hotel. The lady at the front desk made reservations for us at the Preaching Fox restaurant (don't remember the French name). She was right, the value and the food were exceptional and it was just down the street from the hotel. We had some typical French/German fusion from the area as well as escargot, typical 5th quarter meat dish - all great. |

The personnel was very friendly and it was relatively easy to take the car to the parking even late at night. The cost is 9 euros/night. The location is quite good. It was very cold upon arrival, but after turning on the radiator it was a bit warmer. Even though, it was not very warm in the room. There were only two big towels for us (4 persons). |

Hotel staff was very friendly. Good location. Recommended for family travel. No elevator available. Don't bring a large suitcase. |

A decent hotel, nice staff. The quality of cleaning services could be improved -especially the bathroom, I saw a hair near the mirror. |

Precizez in primul rand ca am revenit impreuna cu familia mea a doua oara la acest hotel intim si linistit, caracterizat de un stil frantuzesc autentic, ceea ce ne-a placut in mod deosebit. Am rezervat chiar camera ocupata de noi cu un an in urma si cand am sosit aveam senzatia ca am ajuns acasa, aceasta era a treia saptamana de concediu pentru noi. Vreau sa precizez ca am recomandat acest hotel si la altii si au fost foarte multumiti. Am putut sesiza imbunatatirile fata de anul trecut ocupand aceeasi camera. Ca imbunatatire poate ar fi bine accesul la Wi-Fi mai lesnicios sau free. |

Problemlose Kooperation mit der Rezeption, Problem mit Kartenlesegerät ohne Aufregung gemeinsam gelöst. Frühstückspreis viel zu hoch für das Angebot. Kartenlesegerät versagt ab 1000 Euro. |

Lage des Hotels zur Innenstadt sehr gut. Ruhe hängt von der Lage des Zimmers ab. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet, jedoch sauber. Zimmer sehr klein. |
