Restaurant was superior. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff professional and helpful.
The staff was very professional and polite.
Close to the road and too noisy, especially in the morning (front room). The internet was slow and tricky. You have to decide in the evening before if you are going to have breakfast.
We travel regularly between UK and Italy. This hotel is an ideal stopover for us. Excellent facilities, welcomes pets (we travel with our dog), good restaurant and breakfast. Next year we may stay a few days longer and explore the area.
Great rooms, and very good restaurant. Wonderful patio to eat outside. Great swimming pool. The restaurant serves amazing food.
There is a noisy road just next to the hotel. It's not too bad, though.
Charming building with modern accommodations. Friendly staff with excellent restaurant. Convenient to Colmar, Strasbourg and the wine route. Selestat a delightful town without the "craziness" of Strasbourg.
Located on a busy road that can be noisy if windows are left open.
Impressive place for an overnight stop. Lovely pool, very pretty setting, immaculately clean rooms with air con that works.
We specifically chosen this venue so we could have our evening meal and a few drinks .... but unbeknown to us the restaurant is shut every Sunday and Wednesdays!! Had to go 7km to get a picnic from the supermarket, which was very frustrating. Not sure who to blame, the hotel or Booking.com for not making this clear!!
An excellent overnight, very clean, lovely breakfast. Although the owners did not speak English, they were very welcoming and we managed to make ourselves understood. Unfortunately the restaurant for dinner was closed which is apparently very good. Would stay there again
good breakfast, helpful staff but with limited English, quiet, very clean, well serviced each day, friendly labrador dog
Wifi only available in the bar area not in the rooms
The location and the fact that there was a swimming pool. One could also have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the quality and creativity of the food was of a high standard.
The owners were not too friendly for new customers. During dinner they seemed to focus only on regular (local) guests. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. The price op 16€ per person was somewhat exagerated for the food that was proposed.
I had my dog with me. They were very accommodating: the dog was allowed in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast excellent.
Hard to find. My satnav initially took me into a field on the other side of town
The staff were friendly, everything was very clean, and the canine greeters were delightful.
The bed was not very comfortable. Temperature control was spotty.
Friendly staff (and dog!) . Lovely surroundings and beautiful hotel. Food at dinner was wonderful and breakfast sufficient.
