Hotel De L'Impératrice  

There was no fuss, fine for access without having to disturb proprietor, rooms clean and beds comfortable. No noise or disturbance of any kind but two minutes walk from the beach and less than a minute to the town centre shops. I'd stay there again.

Only a niggle, could do with stronger light over front door so you can punch in access code easier.

Typical french hotel, in need of some tlc, our bedroom was small and lacked any storage ,but restaurant refurbished and served good food. The staff and owners very helpful. Good location for short walk to the sea. There is no hotel parking, vehicles have to be left on the street.

A good location for both the beach and the town.

The hotel is desperately in need of modernisation and a good lick of paint.

The restaurant was the best feature of the hotel. The decor was pleasing and the food was excellent as was the service. Very good value for money.

The room was too small and cramped and there was no staff around during the night or early morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The half board terms we had supplied a very good evening meal and a decent breakfast.

The bedroom had been recently modernised but was quite small and there did not seem to be a sitting room.

Chambre chère pour une literie très moyenne

la situation en ville et proche de la plage. Des efforts au niveau de la décoration.

La chambre était poussiéreuse et n'avait pas du voir de chiffon depuis très, très longtemps. Les matelas de 10cm d'épaisseur étaient mous et permettaient de sentir chaque latte du sommier. Les serviettes de toilette ont du être blanches dans un lointain passé et la douche balneo n'a de balnéo que le nom, de plus elle n'a jamais vu une goutte d'anticalcaire. La moquette est omniprésente: restaurant, escaliers, couloirs, chambres et ne connait pas beaucoup l'aspirateur. Le personnel du restaurant manque d'efficacité; peu de clients et les tables de ne sont pas débarrassées donc il faut attendre alors que des tables sont libres et n'ont pas été dressées...

Hôtel bien situé dans la ville de Berck. Chambre bien chauffée en novembre. Jolie chambre, élégante. Restaurant charmant. Repas qualité prix parfait. Je suis satisfaite de mon séjour.

niets is prettig aan dit hotel. vermijd dit hotel tenzij u echt niets anders meer kunt vinden in een straal van 100 km.
