the view person on staff that checked us in very rude wifi was not working no carts to take luggage from parking which was far to room no offer to help bring luggage in we were offered help at checkout however |

Excellent location. Had requested a courtyard view and were accomodated with both a view of the church and the beach - beautiful. Room was very small and a bit shabby although very clean. Walls are very thin. Location made up for all of this. |

The staff were friendly, the rooms were perfectly clean, the hotel was in a great location - very central The walls seem to be thin so it can be a little noisy |

Excellent location, good sea views (but only from the front). comfortable, spacious bedroom. Our room was in the back, so no view, but quiet. Helpful and pleasant staff. Bathroom underspecified - small bath, cheap fittings. Park in Eugenie public car park - not the hotel's fault, but it's very tricky to get there due to many one-way streets. Get down to the seafront to the N, then drive along (took me 3 passes and an hour to work this out). |

It is a very central location the room we had was nice but very very small and the door in the bathroom was hard to closed even though the showers and facilities were very clean. I did not like the availability of information about Biarritz or even suggestions on where to go even what nite clubs or bars that could be recommended. Also we found the drink to be the most expensive in the area in the hotel two glasses of wine were €11 and the bottle was nearly €11 in another hotel. Big difference. A bit of entertainment music would be nice. But we did have a great time . |

L'hotel est idéalement placé, juste à côté du bord de mer, sur une petite place très jolie avec nombre de terrasses de restaurant et tout proche des rues commerçantes de Biarritz. La décoration des chambres est vraiment sympathique, originale et soignée. Le personnel est très accueillant. Seul bémol, je trouve que 112€ pour une chambre double pour une seule nuit c'est tout de même un peu cher... |

j'ai apprécié l'endroit ou se trouve l'hotel, c'est à dire tout près de l'ocean et du centre ville malgré l'endroit prestigieux, l'hotel reste quand même cher par rapport à sa proposition (chambres / reception etc...) |
