Location, parking on site, very helpful staff, breakfast, décor
Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, pool and nice court yard with a garden. Not far from city centre... 10 mins walk. Happy with our stay
Close to high way so when we were by the pool could hear cars, but it wasn't overly noisy.
Went for Mipcom ... 10 minutes walk! Family run place, everyone cares, nice little garden, homely breakfastroom, parking
Old carpets... Bathroom could use a makeover but this is complaining at a high level. High prices during Mipcom
Liked the owners of the hotel, the facilities, very good breakfast, the pool and the location close to the old town and not far to walk to the marina and beach. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The bedroom is very bright and comfortble. I love the small garden and the swimming pool! By the way 80 euros for us too is realy pretty affordable!
The breakfast is relatively too expansive! Too bad we only stayed for one night and didn't get a chance to swim >~<
The fact it is steps from the old town and not far to walk to the beach. We liked the rooms, the breakfast garden and the pool. The hotel is just lovely & I have recommended friends to stay there. Breakfast was good too.
Very helpful personal. Nice terrace.
breakfast to expensive
helpful staff, free wifi, lovely continental breakfast in the sunny courtyard. pleasant pool area.
We had a very dark, small standard double with just one window overlooking a side alley. It was in real need of refurbishment. If we stayed here again, we'd only do so if booking a garden room with access to outdoor space.
Close to the old town and the beach and 15 minutes to the Croisette, Hotel de l'Olivier is an excellent choice for a great stay in Cannes. This boutique hotel is both charming and comforting, still you are in a city. The rooms are elegantly decorated and the pool area, however small, is an extra treat.
unique and very special location near the old sector and short walk from the hotel, as a pilot for a private company I had to return to Cannes 3 days later, I booked to stay in the same hotel again
nothing I can think of
Friendly reception staff Good location Quiet Suitable for short stay
Room is small with few luxuries Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have any.
Loved the position of the hotel next to the Suquet and plenty of interesting restaurants and shops
Nothing that I didn't like, but maybe the breakfasts were a little expensive, and also the room we had was too small for a triple. Having stayed in this hotel about five years ago, the decor is still the same in the bedrooms, and it is time for an update I think.
I do not know where to start ... The photos do not match the rooms, the rooms reserved for Booking are the worst in the hotel. Our room looked like a cave, with a minimum window and a wall one meter from the window. Rooms with bad taste, wifi practically useless, the bathtub and washbasin are clogged, when bathing, water comes out the door. When we went to complain the room, they showed no concern, so we had to complain directly to Booking. The cleaning lady came into our room at 8.50 in the morning without knocking. Would not recommend to anyone, there is much better offers available in Cannes. Horrible!
Excellent location, in the old part of Cannes, which in our opinion is the nicest part. Lovely clean room, and great hotel. We had a great stay, and already want to go back.
Value was excellent. The location was ideal.......5-10 minutes walk to almost everything in Cannes. Although rather small, the room was well appointed and comfortable. We had an incredible view up to the fortress on the hill - a postcard view. Daytime staff (suspect they were the owners) we very kind and helpful.
Only minor things. Needed window open at night for air circulation and street noise could then be heard. Small price to pay for this excellent comfortable value.
Friendly staff, excellent location, quiet, traditional hotel, good size room, clean
It is a delightful family run hotel in the Provence style. It is beautiful inside and out. The swimming pool is as blue as the sky and surrounded with olive bushes and flowers. The breakfast is plentiful and served on porcelain tea sets with olive and yellow and orange flower designs. The private parking was worth the money.
The breakfast at 14E was too much even though it was lovely. Finding the hotel is very difficult and much better directions and an aerial view would help.
Very friendly staff. Very helpful.
Expensive car parking and expensive breakfast. Very small pool
Very good hotel run by same family for 21 years. Excellent atmosphere, delicious breakfast, small but very cosy chambre with a comfortable bed
I only stayed one night.
Ambience and peacefulness- a very restful environment
Lack of a bar as it feels uncomfortable to ask for a beverage, early evenings.
Loaction. And the staff where great.
Aircon smelled awful, could not use!
Excellent location - literally few minutes from historical centre. Able to park (at a cost) safely.
