Hotel de L'Opéra  

Staff was brilliant and efficient. I asked for few things and the both of them, to whom I asked for, tried to help me in their best. On the 31 of december, the staff left in our room a hand-written card and a little bottle of wine to wish us a happy new year! Nice!!!

Only a too strong smell of bleach coming from the bathroom.

Excellent location, no needs for taxis.

No air conditioning except for a fan so the room was constantly like a sauna. Room also very small for three people.

Very basic, but probably to be expected for that price.

Excellent location! Clean rooms, but not many amenities (plastic cups, no hair dryer etc). Staff were very accommodating about storing bags, providing advice.

To check in and out, you'll have to walk around the corner to the sister hotel.

City center and easy access to entertainment and good food and drink.

Finding it. I walked past it twice the single door being contained within the frontage of a diffreent hotel.

The depressing and small room, the uncomfortable bed, the locked door at 9 pm at nite and the manager wanted us to get the key around the corner with our bags and was grouchy when he had to come and wasnt very helpful.

Room equipments are excellent. very clean & tidy!

location is a bit far from the city center. but it's very close to train station.

Alors que j'ai réservé sur internet une quinzaine de jour à l'avance imaginant que cet hotel bien situé serait agréable et aurait une jolie vue sur l'opera ,la chambre proposée présente un gros trou au plafond et donne sur une arrière cour sale et sombre.Après réclamation courtoise mais insistante de ma part au receptionniste, au bout d' un quart d'heure alors que l'on me dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre libre il s'avère qu'il y a une chambre libre à un tarif moins cher!!Cependant cette chambre ,certes en bon état est mal aérée et la fenêtre donne sur les murs d'un puits d'aeration !! Je déconseillerai donc cet hôtel autour de moi et publierait mon avis sur internet

Une chambre aux dimensions respectables, mais une salle de bain au confort plus que spartiate et à l' hygiène plus que moyennement acceptable (siège des toilettes non fixé, fixation de la pomme de douche inexistante, absence de prise électrique dans le salle de bain, caches de fixation de la barre de douche remplacés par des bouchons de liège, etc...). Je dirais juste que nous avons remarqué que l’hôtel est cité dans "le petit futé" édition 2011, manuel dans lequel nous sommes étonnés qu'il est sa place. Et je n'ai évoqué que l'état dans lequel nous avons trouvés la salle de bain. Concernant la chambre, cela ferait l'objet d'un autre "chapitre" (Trace de poussière, moquette pas régulièrement aspirée, mauvaise accessibilité des prises électriques, petit "brasseur d'air"???, Portes à la fermeture bruyante, etc......)....
