トゥールの中心地にあり、窓から市庁舎が眺められました。２部屋とったのですが、コネクティングルームを用- 意してくれたので、大変便利でした。

Absolutely incredible that you could charge 160 euros a night for this. Moreover an unstaffed buffet breakfast with tired looking food was charged at 18 euros per person. No a la carte options were available so it was take it or leave it. The rooms had been redone maybe 30 years ago which is absolutely fine, when looking at older luxury properties; this is not one of them. It's an old hotel with old rooms and should be advertized as such and priced accordingly.

comfort, staff, location

I was shocked when billed 39 euro, (inc 3 for tax) for breakfast, per person. Could have had a gourmet dinner for this price. Also the Air Con in one of the 3 rooms (we are a family of 6) was ineffectual.

In no way is this a 4* hotel.The rooms were very shabby and drab.The hotel bar was closed during our stay ! Overall very poor.

centrally located hotel, with big rooms

The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The rooms need urgently a renovation. The hotel was visited in the past by many famous people, but the era has gone since a long time. The restaurant is not open during the weekend.

The location. Proximity to key attractions. Large room and recently refurbished bathroom amenities. Shower water pressure excellent. Secured parking (although tight-spaced and not terribly clean).

We understand the old charm is the selling point of this hotel, but we think we're done with that now and prefer new or renovated hotels. Everything was so old and tired - room deco, bed sheets, furniture, dingy blanket, austentatious ceiling upholstery, etc.

Si quiere saber cómo era un Hotel hace 70 años, este es el Hotel.

Mismos muebles, sanitarios y moqueta que hace 70 años, la tele de plasma desentonaba en el ambiente.

Personnel très attentifs et sympathique. Le calme, l'emplacement en plein centre et la proximité de tous les commerces. Belle chambre et l'originalité de la SDB.

Couloir menant vers les chambres plutôt triste...

El personal del hotel

Desayuno buffet."Triste" y "desangelado" en todos los aspectos de calidad,variación y atencion del personal.Da la impresión de ser un servicio no deseado por el hotel.No puedo decir lo mismo de la restauración (cenas ,comidas) tanto del personal como de la calidad de los platos.
