L'hotel è bellino, pulito, il personale è gentile ed è in ottima posizione.

Il prezzo della prima colazione è davvero troppo elevato.

I loved the location. The size of the room was enormous! The room was quiet even though the bar was still busy at midnight we were not disturbed. The only reason I knew it was busy was because I went outside for a cigarette. The staff were polite and helpful. Our room was ready earlier than we expected, which was an added bonus! This review is based on having a superior room with views of the castle. I can't comment on the other rooms or service other people received.

The only disappointing thing was that there were no tea and coffee facilities available in the room which is very unusual these days. It would have been nice to have woken up and made a coffee and then gone down for breakfast in a leisurely manner.

We have stayed here many times in the past but found it has deteriorated. The 'superior' room was extremely small, with a light only one side of the bed and very little room to move around. Only one extra pillow was provided and the requested extra did not materialise. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not serviced during the 2 days we were there. It was not cheap and the room/facilities did not live up to our expectations, having stayed before in much more spacious accommodation. We did ask to change rooms and, to be fair, were given a free drink in the bar. Even that was queried by the bar staff and had to be clarified by reception. Apparently 'superior' meant a room with a castle view. We think we were given a single room for which we were charged a double price. We will not go again!

The location and atmospher were fantastic. The service was brilliant and I didnt have to wait to be givin my room keys

If you are not having breakfast you cant get a coffee before 10.30

Très bel hôtel avec un cadre plein de caractère et de charme. J'ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel précédemment : des travaux ont été faits avec succès, la salle de bain est bien équipée, chambre chaleureuse... Idéal pour séjourner en famille. Le personnel est accueillant. Petit déjeuner très bien. Situation géographique idéal.

Ayant déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hotel c'est avec grand plaisirs que j'y reviens dès que j'ai quelques jours de vacances

Son implantation dans la ville fortifiée

Les chambres sur la rue (vue château) sont très bruyante notamment à la fermeture des café vers 1 h00 du matin

La salle de bain est vétuste limite salle la bonde de la baignoire était coincée le chauffage n était pas allumé comme si cette chambre n attendait personne !

Buen servicio. Instalaciones antiguas pero en buen estado. Muy aseado y confortable. Excelente ubicación.
