si batante el servicio bastante bueno junto con el persanal

Lo unico que salva a este hotel es la situacion y el chico que nos atendio cuando llegamos.

La habitacion no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que vimos en booking,tenia el papel pintado que estaba debajo de la ventana arrancado,el interior del armario estaba lleno de humedades y no se podia cerrar la puerta.Notenia ascensor y tuvimos que subir a la ultima planta por un escalera empinada.Las almohadas olian mal,no nos fuimos por que llegamos tarde pero nos levantamos muy temprano.Es una pena porque la situacion del hotel es maravillosa tenian que cuidarlo mas.

La ubicación es excelente. A un par de minutos de la Catedral y del centro de la ciudad donde están los restaurantes y tiendas. La cama era buena.

No tenía ascensor y para subir con la maleta por la escalera de caracol puede resultar dificultoso para muchas personas. La ducha era un poco pequeña. He echado de menos un poco de fruta fresca en el desayuno, aunque bastante bien el resto.

Perfect location - 200m of Reims Cath.and all what you need is nearby. Price is budget. Staff - very friendly!

Relative ease of finding the hotel. Close proximety to the city centre and restaurants.

Breakfast facilities were a little cramped but given the cost of the hotel was OK.

Ease of parking.

1) Stayed at this hotel 11 years ago when it appeared fine. Since then it appears that the place has gone downhill. Little, if any, repair or maintenance work or decoration appears to have been carried out since we were there last. If it has it needs doing again. 2) Tatty internal decor, peeling paintwork on external shutters. 3) Threadbare carpet in reception area as well as damaged paintwork on counter. 4) Edges to stair carpet treaders worn through in places. 5) Large old white stain on green stair carpet on landing. 6) Damaged paintwork on room door surround and windows. 7) Shower and bath discoloured through age and grouting discoloured/mouldy. Showerhead mounting worn out. 8) Rusting radiator next to toilet, probably due to its closeness to the toilet. 9) Damaged lavatory seat. 10) Exposed/unfinished sanitary pipework and floor behind toilet. 11) General feeling of being suspiciously unclean. 12) Lack of adequate fire escape. Probably would not be allowed elsewhere. Wooden internal entrance staircase is only means of escape. Fire escape advice on back of room door reads: "If smoke prevents use of hall or the stairs - remain in your room/ - make your presence known at the windows while waiting for the rescue team". Bearing in mind the number of rooms there should be an external fire escape. 13) Hot room at night, noisy outside if windows open due to revellers until 3am (Saturday night).

Excellent location Beautiful french family run hotel No lift so don't take a big suitcase! Great value for money In need of some decorating but it adds to its charm

Make sure you get a parking ticket as they are pretty quick to add a parking ticket if you dont

Location is amazing right outside the Cathedral. Parking is 12.5 Euro for 24 hours in multi story next door. Very friendly and helpful staff Free wifi

just about everything, worn out,scruffy,would not touch food, much better options available for the price.. do not stay here unlessyou like shabby shabby worn out and scruffy

Excellent location. Owner helpful and moved us to lower floor after we asked. Parking outside in view of hotel.

No lift

Convenient location close to the Cathedral and city center

Building is rather old, some fixtures in room and bathroom are rusty and need replacing.

The proximity to the centre of town for easy sightseeing. Car park right next door for easy parking. Room very compact but OK for one night. Breakfast fine.

No lift - so not good for those with less mobility or older persons. Scruffy staircases and corridors. Our door had it's number scribbled on in pen! Had a sort of 'run-down' feel to it all.

Friendly hotel owner, great location, comfortable bed

Hotel decor very shabby in hall stairs and landing. No tea and coffee making facilities and cold shower. We were on the fourth floor and no lift made it very tiring. Quite expensive for what it was.

This place is a dump

We stayed here last year on our way back from the Alps. Easy to get to, great location, and perfect for budget-conscious families. May well come again next year. Bonus just before Christmas is the Christmas market and wonderful light show on the front of the cathedral.

The tiniest shower room, and lots of stairs if you're on 3rd or 4th floor!

Clean room with a good location in the heart of the city.

The only option for parking was in the commercial parking nearby, which was expensive for longer stays (12 Euro per day).

the staff was very friendly especially mademoiselle Adela, was very nice.

it needed more space in the room

The hotel is very well located, in the centre of Reims, everything is on walking distance from the hotel. The room was very clean, small but cosy. Also the bathroom was very clean and sufficiently large. And off course the staff was very friendly, we have been received very well.

Friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations of places to visit.

The decoration in the hall way needs refreshing

The location was excellent and the staff were very considerate and helpful.

Investing in a can of paint and new carpet would improve the ambience enormously! I would also suggest putting proper numbers on the bedroom doors rather than scribbling the numbers in pencil. There is such potential for charm which is completely lacking here. I don't consider this a two star hotel in its present condition.
