I like the environment of the Cite area. It has a very moden look. I like the bed in my room. It is very comfortable. The reception desk is not very professional. When I requested of the tourist sites, she did not appear to know much. In the beginning she forgot to activate our Internet from the front desk. I asked the room facing the river, but she gave us the room facing opposite the river. |

Convenience to the conference center; good value for the Booking.com price, and the modern aspects of the hotel and room: cleanliness, good water pressure, good mattress, and view. Staff inexperienced and inconsistent in answering questions. I was charged for breakfast on my bill twice (I did not eat breakfast at the hotel) , and when I mentioned it, they did not remove the charge. Knowledge of English was limited (conference was English speaking, and this was one of the conference hotels). |

Staff was wonderful! Very clean! Everything is brand new. Very good location for families with children -- right next to a nice park. The room doesn't have a boiler, coffee. |

The rooms were really nice, looks brand new, rest of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast facilities were excellent as well as the breakfast itself. Not easy to spot from the main street if traveling by car. No sign out in the street to show where to turn in. Internet maps don't show the hotel. The direction to walk after parking the car is not clearly marked either. |

Very modern hotel, with several restaurants outside if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. A bit far from city center, but with the convenient bus connection this is not a problem. |

This is a "Convention" hotel. It was located farther away from the city center than we thought it would be but the bus service to the City Center was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is new and located within a new Business/Congress/Entertainment area. We wold certainly consider staying there again. |

The hotel staff were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly and answered all our queries quickly and efficiently. Probably because I am British, I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities and visible night-time clock in the room. The clock that was part of the telephone was not illuminated during the night. Lastly, the selection of room service available at the weekend was quite limited, particularly as I am vegetarian. |

- the location, the design of the hotel, the quietness. - the room was not ready even though booking.com said 14h00 check-in time, I had to wait 1 hour; - there was only one receptionist during one of the busiest time of the year (the light festival), so I had to wait twice 25 min to check in; the room was clean but the bathroom not, there was an old piece of cheese and an old sandwich in my mini-bar; the restaurant was closed for the whole weekend. |
