The hotel location in the centre of Riquewihr was ideal and they had a good car park. The room decore was dated and the room cleanliness was not up to scratch |

Central Location for the village with a large carpark. The age and character of the hotel made it fun to stay in for a couple of days, especially the turrets. A very friendly hotel, and the staff were very helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere to the place, bothe the staff and guests. I would stay there again. We thought the bathroom needed refurbishment as there wasn't a modern electric shower, (hand held with no shower curtain), and it looks very dated, (1970s). A mini fridge would be useful for any longer stay. Although it doesn't affect us, it would be necessary to warn people that there is no lift available. |

Located in beautiful countryside. I have been there 20 years ago and Riquewihr is still as beautiful as it was then. |

The hotel was very romantic and inside the center with a parking lot. It was charming and had a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very friendly. |

The hotel was beautiful, old with interesting and quirky features including a spiral staircase (no lifts). The town was equally as beautiful, brimming over with history and surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye could see. We liked the fact that it was also close to a ski resort (Lac Blanc) so during our short stay was able to enjoy the culture of the town and also partake in winter sports The sound proofing between the floors was not brilliant but this is expected in an old building. Getting used to the creaky floor boards above & being able to hear someone snoring took a little while but we soon didn't notice. |

One word: perfect. It's a 500 year old house with beautiful construction in a lovely environment. In the middle of the Alsace / Elzas wine area. The village Riquewihr is beautiful and pittoresque. Staff very friendly and room quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect ( french style so dont expect bacon and eggs) . |

1)That it was in the middle of town and we could walk everywhere. 2)It had an easily accessible parking lot adjoining. 3)The town was like a fairytale village all decked out for Christmas. 4)Everyone in town was helpful and curteous. |

Owner was extremely helpful and friendly - really outstanding. the suite was magnificent. service staff during breakfast sometimes a bit grumpy, but not too bad. |
