The location was very good, right in the heart of Courchevel 1850 The entire staff was represented by young students, probably working in a hotel for the very first time, mostly incompetent as to how to manage a hotel. With 3 or 4 of them serving at the bar, none was able to take initiative and organize service appropriately (dishes missing for breakfast both mornings, I had to ask for a plate and wait 5 mins till they would bring one, while the restaurant/bar was practically empty...). The smell in the entire hotel (3 floors) was horrible. I was on the top floor and still, sleeping in my room was pretty much like sleeping in the hotel's kitchen. Rooms on the first floor will enjoy the very loud noise coming from the hotel's bar on the ground floor

Location is unbeatable. Approx 50 metres to main lifts at 1850. Small room. Noise until after 3am. Windows are infact double glazed but are poorly fitted. The renowned bar le jump adjoining the hotel is now a restaurant lacking atmosphere...and customers ! disaster !

Such a good location. It was at the middle of everything. Staff was friendly and ready to help. I wish room was cleaner (specially bathroom) and breakfast better.

The friendliness of people The lower floor they wanted to give me is extremely noisy due to drinking and shouting Brits. So - with an extra money - they moved me upstairs.Also I should have paid a single price

nothing! maybe a little the view but to much noise! small room, it was smell very bad, very very cold, first day no internet acess, we didnt eat breakfast because of the smell of the hotel

J'ai été très bien accueilli, la personne à l'accueil m'a gardé mes affaires et m'a guidé pour la loc de ski et le forfait.Hotel vraiment au pied des pistes!!

отлично расположен, уютная теплая комната, чистая ванная, есть халаты и тапочки очень шумные номера, никакой шумоизоляции, всю ночь слышна музыка из бара, а с 5-6 утра траки, снегоуборщики, мусорщики и пр., маленькое хранилище для лыж, нет сушки ботинок

Kötü bir talihsizlik yaşadım. Kayak sırasında telefonumu düşürdüm. İçinde, 682 tel no vardı. çOk cici bir Fransız aile bulmuş ve bana teslim etmek için çırpındılar. Ayrıca, otel resepsiyonundaki cici bayana, bu konuda bana çok yardımcı olduğu için en içten teşekkürlerimi sunarım. Odam (tesadüfen olabilir) çok güzel bir konumda idi. Balkonumdan çok güzel etkinliklere dahil olabildim. Bu otelde, bilmiyerek, son gün ve son saatte (bir gün önce öğleden sonra) yer ayırtma şansım oldu. Uçakta da, diğer arkadaşlarımla aynı şekilde son anda yer bulma şansım oldu. Her şey çok güzel gelişti ve inanılmaz güzel tesadüfler sonucu çok güzel bir 9 günlük tatil yaşadım. Otel beklediğimin çok çok üstünde çıktı. Otelden 10 adım sonra kaymaya başlıyabiliyorsunuz. Courshevel 1850 için inanılmaz fiyatlar ile hiç tahmin etmediğim inanılmaz bir konumda idi. Benim için çok güzel anılar bıraktığı için ben çok sevdim. Ayrıca zinc isimli Restorant' ını da beğendim. BU ANILARIMI LÜTFEN İNGİLİZCEYE ÇEVİRİN VE YAYINLAYIN.

La proximite immediate des pistes et le prix raisonnable pour courchevel La proximite de la place du forum avec le son du bar restaurant voisin jusqu'a 2 heures du matin(les autorités laissent faire parait il) conjugue a la mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre. En general les prestations reception petit dejeuner qui ne correspondent pas au standard 3 etoiles.

La chambre est comfortable et fonctionnellebbien chauffée avec un super écran plat salle bain nickek le ptit dej est très bien : Buffet bien garni avec bcp de choix Il manque des kleenex dans la salle de bains le fait que le chauffage ne puisse être règle individuellement ds la chambre

J'ai aimé l'acceuil, le personnel compétent et disponible,l'emplacement, vous traversez la rue et vous etes sur les pistes; des nuits calmes puisqu'il n'y a plus le bar "le jump" mais le restaurant "le zinc" avec un menu à 35euro le soir, bonne cuisine et assiettes bien pleines ,le local à ski avec un chauffe chaussures, les chambres sont propres et confortables, une grande salle de bain ,les pantoufles à disposition.... Mon prochain séjour à courchevel a la croisette!!!!!!!!!!

ambiance chalet surtout pour le petit déjeuner (copieux) et proximité des pistes de ski car il suffit de traverser la rue face à l'hotel le bruit le soir du aux programmes télé.... donc mieux vaut demander d'être au 3ème étage de l'hotel
