The location was perfect, close to the Notre Dame and other tourist locations. Room and bathroom were clean. People in both hotels were very friendly. Breakfast was not in the hotel itself but on the other side of the street in a very small room not equiped for so many guests. We needed to wait for a free table. |

New, quiet and 100% working aircondition. Freshly renowated room and bathroom as well. Very good location but hotel is in small, quiet street. No external neon sign thus nothing was flashing through the window during nights. Good service. And beautiful view - we stayed on 6th floor. Poor breakfasts - it is better not to take them and eat out - tastes better and is cheaper. It is worth to admit that this is not hotel fault - breakfast buffet is just across the street in Best Western hotel. |

Small room. Extremely smal lift. Did not realize it is associated with the Best Western hotel across the street...BW is not a particular favorite chain. Breakfast & afternoon tea/snack is offered in the basement of the Best Western - even in Oct, the space was hot and stuffy. Food offerings were mediocre. |

The staffs are very friendly an helpful. The location is great, near metro, supermarket and lots of good restaurant. The room is way too small. With 2 luggages, you can't walk or open 2 suitcases at the same time. |

Very clean room, comfortable, recently reformed. Even though room size is Paris standards (very very very small), it was perfect!. Even more, we had a nice view of Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower. The location is also perfect! Near great restaurants, The Siene and La Cite, ThePantheon, etc ... and close to rer that go directly to the airport. There are things you have to 'tolarete' ... the size of the reception, the mini-size of elevator, and the fact of having to cross the street to have breakfast. We knew these in advance so it was not surprising. It is Paris! Great Monuments, mouse-size houses!!!! |

Excellent location, newly renovated in good taste, the room was somewhat small but very clean. Very good breakfast and, in the evening, tea time buffet. Very good shower but swapping between the overhead shower and the hand shower very tricky, should be fixed. Help needed in the kitchen to solve the breakfast waiting time. |

When I arrived to the Petit Beloy St. germain they told me there was an inconvenient at the hotel and theytook me accross the street to the Best Western. There I had a room and excellent service. Great breakfst and tea time buffet(free) and tha welcome glass of champain. |

The hotel is located near 2 different metro stations and RER.It's ok for visit Paris because you can go by walk to Notre Dame,Hotel de Ville Marais and other locations in 10/15 min approx. To have the breakfast you have to cross the street, and go in the Hotel located in front. Breakfast rooms are too small for all the guests....If you arrive late there are very few things to eat.I think prices are excessive for this 2 star hotel! |

We loved the location to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. We were bitterly disappointed in the lack of common knowledge the staff had on basic travellers needs. We were sent on an hour walk to do our laundry only to discover we had a laundy place 3 minutes from our hotel. They could not recommend any restuarants for good soups or a great steak only to discover once again we had one in our street. Easy requests were met with difficult answers. |

Good location, easy to access in a safe environment. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We were transferred to the Hotel Belloy opposite the street because of some overbooking situation - all without hastle and with best service: well organised in the end. Our reservation for a Baby cot was also taken into account. The Breakfast Menue was good without being luxurious. No problem for early birds, but if you go to breakfast at normal or lat hours it seems to get crowdy. |

Small and nice hotel in the downtown.Very close to the Cité and the really heart of altin quarter. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, and welcome champagne. Great tea time buffet! Very small rooms, but nice, and enough for a short Paris trip. |

The room was very modern and clean (recently renovated). The bathroom had high quality fittings. The room was very quiet despite being in one of the busiest locations. The bed was of very high quality, we slept very well. I liked the free internet access. The breakfast was at the basement of the adjacent Best Western and had fresh croissant and marmalade and eggs and cereal. There is no reception, just one person 24/7 at the door downstairs who was very friendly and helpful. We liked the lack of a common sitting area and restaurants in the hotel because it keeps the room price down, plus the location is so central, that it would be unnecessary. |

Proximity to metro. Staff was friendly. Free wifi. Our room was clean and tidy. I was locked out of my room, and since there was no maintenance staff on hand, I had to stay in other room that night. However, the staff was very helpful and kind through the ordeal. The room was very small, which I normally wouldn't mind...but it's probably better for a single than a double. |

excellent locations, very well appointed rooms, especially considering the price two twin beds squeezed up next to one another instead of one double; beds made separately so you couldn't stretch out across both |

The room was very clean, bright and modern, and the bathroom, although very small, was well designed and had new fittings. The lift is tiny, but no problem if you don't mind stairs. Breakfast was in the hotel over the road, and there was a bit of a queue as the room was very small for the number of diners |

Excellent central location. Friendly staff. Small but clean and well laid out room. Tap dripping one night in adjacent room was annoying. |

Friendly and comfortable property located in a pedestrian street of the historic and touristic Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame area. |
The hotel is ideally located near the Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montparnasse districts, the Latin Quarter and several metro lines. |
Hotel Home Latin has the advantage of being located in an exceptional district right in the heart of the latin quarter. |
Ideally located between Montparnasse and Saint-Germain. Two steps from the Luxembourg's Gardens, very convenient for business and leisure. Very charming hotel with a garden and great atmosphere. |
