The staff was friendly and helpful, the cost was reasonable, and it was very convenient to the metro. We were able to store our extra luggage even before we were booked into the hotel (while we travelled elsewhere for overnight). The room was small, and the street noise was loud until very late. |

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was immaculate. The only down side was that the bed was basic and small. However, would have no hesitation in recommending this. |

The staff was great and very helpful. They went above and beyound to help me when I had questions. The room was clean and well keeped. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head. It was one of those hand held ones not fixed to the wall. I found it an it a bit annoying having to hold it well trying to shower. |
