A very pleasant location and enjoyable stay. We asked to change rooms as the room we were given smelt of smoke. We were moved immediately. |

Proximity to Troyes and to Calais as a stop-over transit point whilst touring. Over-lit restaurant with limited menu. Plus non-inclusive (and expensive!) basic continental breakfast was disproportionately priced to cost of room (25% of cost of 1 nights stay, for coffee, juice and croissants for 2! - should be inclusive and room price increased by no more than 10-15 Euro instead) |

I liked the hotel - environment is delightful - it is not a city hotel. However I think the design/decor is tired - bedrooms and bathrooms need updating and the carpets everywhere require attention. |

I coming here several times a year since almost 20 years. The hotel gives good feeling as familyhotel with golf, nature and shopping Breakfast is OK, but the restaurant card has almost no variation over the last many many years. The restaurant is for us to be considered as the weekest point. |

A nice quiet hotel in the middle of a huge forest in central France that offered an excellent place to stay and welcomed my two Golden Retrievers. Also had an excellent restaurant and brasserade for evening meals. We left after a great breakfast. Our stays at this hotel are always too short! |

Good price and a good stop-over on a long journey Bistro food wasn't brilliant and the dog allowed in the bistro while we were eating was very unimpressive. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and warm. The hotel advertises itself as having a childrens playground but it doesnt really - a balancing beam and a table is a fairly pathetic playground. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a big bonus. Luckily it was very hot during our stay, since the pool is unheated and otherwise unuseable. The restaurant (although the staff were friendly) was mediocre and overpriced, catering only to the tourists 'trapped' on-site. We only ate there on the first night. It is worth venturing out to local villages. We found a delightful restaurant in Piney, a couple of miles down the road, with excellent wines and set menus. |

Lovely quiet location and good sized room, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Good food and service in the bistro. Would like the fridge to be in use. Would also like a tariff with breakfast included. |

The buffet breakfast was fantastic...plenty of variety. The outdoor pool area was lovely with beds and parasols. We had one meal in the gourmet restaurant which was delicious. There's also a bistro. The hotel is located approx 5mins drive from the lake which also has a man-made beach and its in the middle of a huge forest. Very quiet location, no traffic noise. Would have liked to have seen less waste..our bar of soap was replaced every day of our stay...and towels. |

Quiet and calm hotel and surroundings. Rather helpfull and friendly staff. Good breakfast at an ok price. No aircondition, meaning very varm room. Impossible to sleep (more than 30 C during the evening and early night). You could borrow a fan in the reception but that was´nt much relief. Minibar/refrigerator was turned off in the rooms!? (saving elec. cost?). Room and several parts of the hotel was very wornout and even dirty. Seemed like they given up on maintaining the place some years ago. |

Nicely set in the countryside. But it is a golfing hotel. If you do not carry clubs, forget it. Non-smoking priority room smelling like ashtray, changed for a standard room smelling like mouldy cellar. Bird droppings all over all hotel windows, which no-one bothers to clean. Advertising having canal+ and forgetting to mention that it is encrypted. |

Room was very well appointed with lovely views. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing and ideal for Troyes and the Aube Champagne region. The surrounding area is quite beautiful. A gym and sauna would have been nice to go with the swimming pool. |
