The lady on the reception was polite. The hotel listed itself as non-smoking however our room was smelled so strongly of smoke that we only could bring ourselves to stay 2 out of the 3 nights despite having pre-booked. Despite opening the windows and spraying the room frequently the smoke would also continue to circulate throughout the room ventilation whilst we were out. The shower was filthy with black mould and the bedding, carpets and curtains were either very aged, smoky or stained. Possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in after 6 months on the road. |

Just the town of troyes. No reception staff there on the day of our arrival to 16.30 so we had to stay around the town for 2/3 hrs.there was no fresh towels left in our room for the second day. |

Hotel was as you'd expect for the price. It's good location made getting into the centre of Troyes easy. If your driving there, with parking right opposite, it's easy to get too. |

Location was very good for both station and town centre. The woman on reception was friendly and pleasant. The road outside was noisy and I had to have the window open because of the heat. |

The woman at reception was friendly. The location was an easy walk to the historic center of town. It is a budget accomodation and fine for the price. We don't believe the room or bath had been vacuumed before we arrived as evidenced by hairs on bathroom floor etc.. |

Easy to find, parking was near to hotel free between hours of 19:00 and 09:00. Good location close station and also easy to find from main toll road. Breakfast not good value for money @ 6 euros for a croissant, bread roll and a cup of coffee. Also hot water took 15 minutes to come through to run a bath. |

The bathroom was quite recently furnished. The price was cheap The room was very cold, although the radiator was at max power. Probably due to this there was a damp smell in the room. Our room's only window was facing a wall outside so it was a bit dark in the room. |

un lit pour la nuit, c'est tout. un parking était mentionné ( une des raisons pour le choix de l'hotel) mais c'était celui de la ville et il était payant!! fausse information.Le petit déjeuner manquait de charme ( dans le bar et la serveuse n'était pas des plus aimables, le choix de produits était minuscule) |

Hôtel bien situé. Près du centre ville et des accès autoroutier. Calme et assez propre. Petit-déjeuner un peu «léger». Changer les moquettes en mauvais état. Pas de rideau de douche. Peu pratique |

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Un accueil souriant de notre hôte. Une chambre confortable Les petites choses qui n'ont pas bien fonctionnées : 1/ Hôtel fermé à notre arrivée à 13h45. Etonnant et pas très agréable. Réouverture à 14h30 mais pas d'info au moment de la réservation sur ce point. 2/ Pas de ménage de la chambre entre les 2 nuits car nous l'avons quittée à 13h 3/ Des petits portes manteaux dans la sdb serait un plus simple à apporter :-) |

Das Hotel liegt noch fußläufig zum Zentrum. Das Hotel liegt an einer relativ lebhaften Straße. Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach. |

De getoonde foto op uw website suggereerd dat een soortgelijke kamer geboekt wordt. Dit is echter niet het geval. De kamer die op uw site staat is de familiekamer van € 79,00. Wij hebben uiteindelijk met bijbetaling deze kamer genomen |
