Quick in checkin and checkout small but tidy and efficient

No complaints prabably rooms being small but then it's paris

rooms overlooking road are quite noisy - lots of traffic

Location was ok. However there is a great restaurant close to the hotel, about 200m along the river.

Pretty clean, and better than most I stayed in in paris

I hate the way they make one double bed out of 2 singles. I fall down the middle every night. They also limit your free internet to 3 hours, which is no good for business

Not very big room though. Would not be possible to work in the room (not a working table) and that would for me normally be a problem (as I typically work in the room) • I did not try the breakfast but the room/setup looked ok (average) • The normal price was 191 eur for the room and the price you got on the internet was 161 • The did a number of mistakes when I checked out. They tried to charge me 191 eur. And then when they had to reverse a payment (cancel the payment) they made another mistake…. So … important to check the payment matters

- Wifi signal is strong until you close the door of your room and loose it completely...

It is convenient for my business and also nice for the city travel.

The breakfast of Euro 12 each is not good, only bread, bread, then bread...

Closeness to central Paris. Quiet location relative to other hotels we stayed in in France.

Breakfast was included in our package at this hotel. We saw in writing and were told that it was served until 10:00am weekdays and 10:30am on weekend. Food and beverages were quickly disappearing such as that when we showed up 1/2 hour prior to the end of breakfast on Saturday, there was very little food left and no more juice. The staff was however kind enough to bring us the food we asked for, but we felt bad that we had to ask for food when we showed up 1/2 hour prior to the end of the breakfast time.

Well located when you have to be in Neuilly. A very convenient and quiet place to stay.

The view from my room 325 was extremely limited with a mirror wall in front of the windows. There is no garage.

Very basic hotel, the pictures in the website are not matching the reality, poor service and poor quality for a high price cost

The pictures show a romantic place with a garden which is not existing; the rooms are very small and basic furniture, for a few euros more you can access to a real 4 stars, bad choice at all

The hotel is perfectly placed for my visiting my daughter and her family. I very much like having 24 hour service at the reception. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Would like there to be a shower curtain to enable having a proper shower.

Ontzettend smerig hotel. Te vies om aan te pakken, bijv. grote plekken met zeep resten van de vorige huurder op de rand van het bad, met haren erin.
