location!!!!, garage (at 300m), swimming pool, jacuzzi, free wifi, helpful owners; superior room 107=spacious, larger than other rooms (suitable for wheelchairs), light, balcony with view on square. (there are only 3 rooms with balcony). Bakery and 8 to 8 minimarket across the street. Other reviewers were right: the (brunette) receptionist had cold and detached attitude: no hello's, no sorry for a mistake (160 Euro) in the final account, not even "good bye"or "have a nice trip" on departure; room 107: small shower in large bathroom, even more limited due to chair for disabled in shower. Hard to imagine how a disabled can get in here anyway. (Most sup. rooms have a bath, but you have to specify this request in your booking), low water pressure in shower, no coffee/tea facility in room, |

Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bar, terrace and lounge area which was ideal for meeting up with friends and having an aperitif. Brilliant location, 2 minute walk to the heart of the old town and easy access to road network to explore this beautiful region.Good restaurant. Small but very pleasant pool area and jacuzzi. Lovely view over square. Good parking. The standard double rooms are not large but they are perfectly adequate and well equipped. |

The room was spacious, clean and quiet! The shower was mounted on the wall and didn’t leak onto the floor. We had a mini bar in the room which was convenient to keep our water and beer cold. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the bedding. Our room with a balcony was facing the street so on market day we were able to enjoy the whole experience. After doing some shopping in the market we brought crepes and coffee back to our room and had our breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed the view from above. |

The location was perfect. Very close to the center of town but not in the midst of the traffic. Private parking lot several blocks away was also a plus. The breakfast and room were very nice. |

Superb location, very short walk to old Sarlat with excellent helpful staff. Had very comfortable large room at reasonable rate. Dining room was a major reason for staying here. We were not disappointed. |

Nice hotel at the very beginning of the historic center. They have a seperate parking place to secure your car. Didn't take breakfast, loads of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Nice swimming pool with hot-tub. no sunshine there however. but a good soak after a day of walking the center. The rooms are rather noisy and every morning at 6.30 the city is being cleaned by small cars. you will wake up from that if you are in the front of the hotel. |

This hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool .Loads to see in the area with easy access to return to the hotel. Kids loved the pool . |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and air-conditioned. The pool was an unexpected bonus really. It is literally one hundred metres from the 'quartier sauvegardé" (the preserved historical part) of Sarlat and the surrounding villages and countryside are almost breath-taking in their beauty. Sadly like almost every other French hotel there are no in-room facilites for tea- or coffeee- making - we always take our in expectation of that. |

Notre halte à la madeleine a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Sarlat. Situation idéale pour la visite de la cité médiévale. Accueil attentif et attentionné pour l’aide aux bagages. Chambre (côté place) très bien insonorisée et bien équipée, ascenseur, tout y est. Petits déjeuners exquis, restaurant à prix doux, bar décontracté, nous avons vraiment aimé l’ambiance générale de cette maison dans un budget plutôt raisonnable. |

Hôtel de grand confort, à la hauteur d'un trois étoiles. Chambres spacieuses, matelas haut standing, décoration sobre et chaleureuse. Le personnel à l' écoute de la clientèle. Adresse à retenir sans aucun doute la meilleur de Sarlat et en plus pour le prix vous croisez le gratin du cinéma Français ! Super Séjour ....... Les gens sur votre site qui sont de mauvaise foi avec leurs appréciations moyennes et qui ne font pas la différence d'un fauteuil Voltaire, d'un fauteuil de chez Ikéa, manque de modernité..... et puis quoi encore !!!! |

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli comme un client priviligié. Les propriétaires ont un sens aîgu de l'accueil et une attention toute particulière à satisfaire la moindre demande. C'est un hôtel où il faut séjourné si vous passez à sarlat (d'autant plus que des travaux en fin d'année 2009 apporteront un spa, une piscine couverte et un fitness. Les chambres seront redécorées et nous avons prévu un autre séjour au printemps pour le plaisir. Les petits-déjeuners sont un régal. La décoration un peu fanée, mais les travaux de 2010 vont apportés des nouveautés; |

Tranquilité, déjeuner agréable. Il y avait la WI-FI,toutefois nous n'avons pas pû l'utiliser. La chambre était petite pour 4. Pas possibilité d'utiliser la piscine. Dommage, nous avions opté pour cet hôtel pour cette raison. |
