Art Hotel Eiffel is in the 15th district in Paris, just half a mile from the Eiffel Tower and less than half a mile from La Motte-Picquet Metro Station.
Score from 510 reviews Very good
I really liked the price I got the hotel for. The room's are a lot smaller than we are used to but for my husband, 3 year old and me, it was perfect size. They even gave us a room that had a large double bed and a twin bed for our son. It was very clean and I would go back.
I didn't like the location that much. Being new to visiting Paris, I thought that the walk from our hotel to the Eiffel Tower was actual downtown Paris and we would get to see all kinds of stores and shopping. Well I was wrong. It was like a real quite area and all there was walking to the tower was small non-fancy Korean, chinease food places. Which isn't bad, I just thought it'd be more than just that. Also, the air conditioning in the room was different than expected. It didn't feel like it was even doing anything.
Very small Room Location
The hotel is situated not far from metro station. It's a big plus for the travellers!
I disliked the noise near the hotel on the bulding.
- decent breakfast for its price - convenient location - we were allowed to keep our parking place on the day of our leave for free well after our check out - bathroom was small but clean and well-equipped
- the bed was way too small - I booked a parking "on site". "On site" turned out to be in a condo a couple of blocks away and quite difficult to spot, in particular if you arrive after nightfall - hotel was over-priced for what it is but I guess this goes for all hotels in Paris
Very quiet residential street, but convenient to shopping and metro. Helpful staff, modern and recently renovated rooms and great bathroom. Comfortable bed, nice linens, good pillows! Great value.
Rooms are very tiny, but to be expected in Paris.
The room was nice, I especially liked the shower. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Reliable and fast WiFi.
- A few minutes walk from the metro, and a little far from the center. - The bathroom is a little too small for my taste, but reasonable. - This one is not their fault, but I first accidentally arrived at a different hotel with the same name, so its advisable to verify the address as well :) .
Feeling at home - with boiler, could buy drinks whenever you want from the distributor.
Friendly staff, clean hotel,Quiet place
3 beds rooms very small
Rooms are cosy and comfortable with modern interior
Lobby Noise Service Breakfast
Construction noise was really bad and started at 7 am.
Reception are friendly.wifi.its clean
Decoration of room is old and small room.no room service in hotel.
The location of the hotel was good in terms of restaurants, metro, exhibitions etc. The room was very clean and although it was very small for 3 people it had everything it needed. The breakfast was satisfactory.
The parking is a nightmare, they do not tell you in advance that the parking space is two streets from the hotel but need to get key from reception and it's almost impossible to find anywhere to pull over while getting the key. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as rock and very thick making one's head to be almost in an upright angle. We ended up making alternatives i.e. rolled up towels.
- Friendly personnel
- Location is not the best - Very noisy, we had trouble sleeping - We ordered a comfort triple room and it was a very small room, I'm really curious to know about the "non comfort" triple room! So I advice not to upgrade. - Very low quality/price ratio
room was clean and comphy but a bit small.
some of the staff were very unco-operative and offered no help
everything is good
Clean hotel throughout. Bathroom very nicely fitted with all requisites and towels renewed on a daily basis Water was hot for showering/washing and the cold water refreshingly cold. Tea and coffee making facilities in room - (unusual for a French hotel) - teas replenished on a daily basis. Staff always helpful. Security taken seriously with fobs for both lift and doors.
We had a hairdryer that smoked and smelled of burning. We reported it but it wasn't fixed. At present there are construction works alongside the hotel but the hotel had posted an apology for the noise. Street can be intermittently noisy at night but the windows are well glazed and if closed the noise is no longer a problem.
Buffet (a large diversity) Beautiful room. Sweet little bottles of shampoo with pictures of Eiffel Tower. Musical elevator.
Was very noisy in the morning because of the construction nearby.
Staff was very helpful, clean room, good location quite area,10minute walk to the nearest metro which is the main metro line.we had a pleasant stay...
Quait area, save hotel for family, and good staff
The Internet was very weak
Room is well equipped and very clean.
Staff so friendly and extremely helpful. Room was perfect for our needs and very cosy. Breakfast was impressive and fresh. Will visit again.
Nice residential neighbourhood with restaurants, bars and supermarkets but still central enough to all the sights. Close to 2 Metro stations (Boucicaut < 5 mins walk, Concorde ~ 10 minute walk) and RER (Javel < 15 minute walk) Rooms are good size and bathrooms have been refurbished with great overhead shower. Free wifi and quick connection.
Currently construction work taking place adjacent to hotel which starts around 7am on weekdays and even with the double-glazing, is difficult to block out completely. While there is a notice in the hotel apologising for the inconvenience, I probably would have re-considered booking if I'd known about this in advance - I was staying for 4 nights.
