Friendly staff Excellent location (next to Louvres)
Very weak wifi signal Overpriced Rooms a little dirty (mold in the bathroom, a rubber in the closet) Very basic room
The location is the strongest point. The staff was very professional and cooperative.
The room and bathroom are very small. Just one elevator and very small. The breakfast would be much complete.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great and in walking distance to the Louvre and the massive Museum both across the road. Walk to Champs Élysées. They even rang a taxi for us at a good price.
Rooms quite small and compact
Excellent location - Directly opposite the Louvre and there was a lovely cafe, the river Seine and Pont Neuf metro station just around the corner Staff - Very friendly and helpful The room - We booked a club room but were upgraded to a superior room (Kandinsky). It was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable, quite spacious and a refreshing change from chain hotel rooms. We both loved it! The ability to buy tickets for the Louvre from reception saved us having to queue
I checked in on Saturday the 29th, the windows to the room and bathroom were covered by scaffolding, the lights and heating were not working and on Sunday I overslept and the receptionist called saying that she needs the room now so I said that I'll be down in 20 minutes that was at 12.15 her reply was "that's not good enough" I was in my pyjama and I said so but she went on for about 7-8 minutes how she needs the room now, I paid 197 euros for that room for one night and the receptionist does not even have the courtesy to deal with an 30 minutes delay!!! This place is a rip off! I was out of the room by 12.35 and I told the receptionist that I didn't stay late intentionally and she could've handled differently the situation but she continued to talk back and argue for another 10 minutes and of course as I had to leave the room in a hurry I finished dressing up and brushing my teeth in the public toilet never mind that I paid almost 200 euros for a few hours in dark cold room. The way the receptionist handled the whole incident is unacceptable in any hotel but more so in an expensive one also her lack of courtesy and manners has nothing to do with language barriers as even if one translates from French into English one can still say things like “could you” and “it would be much appreciated” and so on. Do not book this hotel, overpriced, rude staff, the breakfast room is a basement and the hotel bar it’s just three chairs! Yes it's clean enough and it has clean towels but that should be standard everywhere by now.
I was very impressed. The location is perfect and the rooms are cute. New, modern bathroom, friendly reception staff. Loved it! Will stay again.
Friendly staff, great location, very central to sights, clean hotel & room.
Proximity to:- Metro Isle de city Louvre Seine
The location was great. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was clean.
The bathtub was very slippery so make sure you use a handle when getting in and out.
A well located hotel in a quiet side street yet close to the Louvre and a metro station giving access to the whole city. The room was clean and tidy with attentive staff.
This was a one night stay and there was nothing to dislike.
The location could not be better! The room was bigger then I expected it to be, considering it was Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The pillows were too big, had to sleep without one. Although the rooms were clean, we saw a cockroach in our room once.
Room with bath as well as shower. Kettle provided in room. Pleasant breakfast room. Friendliness of the staff. Superb location. "Small" hotel - don't favour big hotels usually.
Excellent location, right next to the Louvre but quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room and the lift were small but very comfortable. It was hot in Paris when we were staying there but the air conditioning in the room was very good. Wifi was great. Can get tickets for the Louvre at the front desk to avoid queuing. Loved the Nuxe products in the bathroom.
Bed very comfortable, room very clean.
Wifi needed to be teactivsted via password constantly. Hall/lobby a bit outdated/shabby.
A very good central location, immaculate presentation of breakfast and rooms.
Metro station nearby Back gate of Louvre very close
Very badly renovated Bad smell in the room & corridors Old furniture Rude reception lady Worst Hotel ever stayed in Paris
Perfect location within 2mins of walking to Musee Louvre and Metro Line 1. Friendly staff with sweet smiles. Clean and tidy room with a loft bathroom which can have direct view of sky and Musee Louvre.
We had to climb to the loft bathroom even just for a handwash
Sophie is wonderful as is all the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. Location is good, right across the street from the Louve. Hotel is very clean.
First room we had was on the top floor and the bathroom was up about 10 very steep stairs from the bedroom. Elevator is very small.
Nicely decorated rooms, very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location across the street from the Louvre and 1 block to the Seine. Shopping and restaurants close by.
Very committed high qulity front desk staff, superb location, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, very clean.
Small room size, although not a major factor.
We loved the location. Many of the most interesting places in Paris within an easy walking distance for most people. The hotel was clean. The room was small but the bed was excellent and the bathroom was very good. The staff was very helpful. Very easy to travel by RER train from airport to nearest station (LesHalles) and about 8 minutes walk from there to the hotel. We would definitely consider going back to this hotel.
The location is fantastic and the staff are so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
Location and very helpful staff.
Amazing location, friendly staff, doesn't look much from outside or hotel corridors but room was very modern, bright and spacious (by Paris standards). Lovely nuxe toiletries! Will be back. An easy, pleasant stay literally a stone throw from the louvre. Good value for money.
The location is unbeatable. We had a planned a trip to the louvre and the hotel was right next to it with a parking just 10 meters away. Also near the boat cruises and walking distance from all major sights. Very helpful staff and great value for money.
Rooms are small - buts that a Parisien curse and not unique to this hotel. Plus who wants to stay too long in a room if you are in paris!!
