The situation of the hotel. It is central for all ameneties in St. Nazaire. Staff were very helpful and hotel very comfortable. We were staying for two nights. On Saturday 4th July and we think there may have been a wedding party. The music and noise were very disturbing and could not sleep until after 2pm. The next night we were disturbed until late by lorries unloading etc. |

The location is amazing, right on the beach and the restaurant overlooks the white sandy beach and the sea. Staff very disorganised and we had to wait over 15 mins at the bar before anyone acknowledged us to serve us. The restaurant was over priced, especially breakfast at 12 euros per person. |

We always aim to use Best Western where possible, this was for just an over night stop off, while travelling. There seemed to be some confusion as to whether the restaurant was available of not!! At the desk we wanted to book a table for dinner, only to be told nothing available until 9.00 pm - but we could eat in a restaurant along the street easily, but when we were about to go out to eat young lady said she would fit us in. |

Netter Empfang, Schöne, ruhige Lage, wunderbare Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Wasserkocher ist eine gute Idee. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt für uns geeignet. |

Le non respect du client!mise au point du chef cuistot sous les fenêtres des clients a minuit.rangement d'une salle de réception a minuit..personnel faisant sa pause après minuit sous les fenêtres..zone fumeur au pied de l'escalier de l'hôtel,pas très accueillant..chambre 111 a éviter absolument!car situee juste au dessus de la salle de réception et proche de l'entrée de l'hôtel..sauf si on ne souhaite pas dormir avant 1h du matin..très mécontent du séjour une nuit pour 99€..au regard des nuisances sonores subies |

Clin d'oeil au mythique film de Jacques Tati et ce réalisateur, que l'on retrouve dans la déco ; hôtel entièrement refait en 2008 ; déco sobre et douce, classe et moderne ; lieu privilégié, très belle plage ; village sympa et animé ; petit marché avec de bons produits le jeudi et dimanche, excellente boulangerie à retenir => voir points négatifs ; nous étions en vacances, juste pr qqs jours = situation idéale pour départ de ballades-découvertes, près des grands "pôles" de St Nazaire d'un côté ou La Baule, et bien moins, disons, "chic et exclusif" que La Baule... Oui, les chambres sont petites, mais très bien agencées ; la douche est elle grande, sympa d'avoir pensé aux grands gabarits ; nous avons juste trouvé qu'il manquait un coffre, et un filin, par exemple dans la douche, pour faire sécher les maillots de bain, une évidence pour un hôtel vraiment sur la plage ! Question ménage, c'est pas toujours le top, c'est vrai, et nous l'avons signalé. Seul bémol, comme lu sur de précédents commentaires : le petit dej, indigne de son 12 euros, d'où notre recommandation de l'excellente boulangerie ! Le restau est géré par une autre société, faut juste régler à part, et oui il fallait impérativement réserver midi ou soir, et oui, il était bondé, mais normal en août, service un peu lent, mais carte excellente |

Un décor agréable, aussi bien pour la chambre que pour le restaurant : une belle terrasse. L'accés des fauteuils roulants se fait par le même chemin que les livraisons ... avec des risques de crevaisons compte tenu des morceaux de verre. |

Het is een schitterend hotel in een ongelofelijk decor! Je kan ontbijten met zicht op zee, het strand ligt er rustig bij, er zijn mogelijkheden tot leuke wandelingen. Het eten in het hotel zelf is echt de moeite waard, prijs-kwaliteit zit dat echt prima. Een aanrader! De kamers zijn echt wel klein. Het is een aan te raden locatie bij mooi weer, maar wat als het de hele tijd regent?? |

Accueil de l'hotel par un personnel très agréable.Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre vue mer avec terrasse.Excellente situation de l'hotel. Chambre un peu petite pour un 3 étoiles (porte de la salle de bains butte dans le lit quand on l'ouvre, peu de place pour touner autour du lit. Restaurant à éviter, très cher pour ce que l'on y mange, service à revoir. |
