The owners were very friendly and helpful and have really spruced the place up so it offers good value quiet accommodation about 2 miles out of city centre |

The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of space for parking. The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel did not have a restaurant and the nearest was a good five minutes drive away. The toilet and bathroom were a little cramped, to say the least. At eight euros breakfast was expensive, although there was plenty of food and variety on offer. |

Being able to take a pet was a huge adcvantage. We alos liked being in the city but not rightt in the middle. The room on the ground floor was very noisey each time the water was used in the room above. Tea and coffee making facilities would be much appeciated. |

Pleasant staff; ease of finding hotel and pleasant garden atmosphere out of the centre of the city with parking. Heavy front doors opened outwards onto slippery downward steps; musty smell in room; hot water only tepid; overpriced breakfast which we did not take. |

We appreciated the friendly staff, the beautiful gardens and the hotel's relaxed policy on pets. (we were travelling with our pet dog) Access. I am slightly disabled with Parkinson's and have difficulty managing stairs. At this hotel steps or stairs are unavoidable and although I managed I would like to be forewarned. |

The hotel was close enought to the City Centre for ease of driving and City Centre parking was easy to find. Very quiet in the evening for a good nights rest. Perfect if you have children as the grounds of the hotel are large and custom planned for young children with swings and plenty of play areas. The rooms are very modern in decor and clean. The breakfast room looked great as did the layout of the food although we did not stay for breakfast but wish we had. My only concern was that the windows on the first floor were floor level and a child could easily fall out if un supervised. Perhaps the hotel could put safety bars across to prevent any such accidents from happening. |

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The setting of the hotel with the grass and relaxation area outside was just what we needed as we had a group of 13 and was a good relaxing atmopshere. |

the location is good for the LeMans racing the gardens are lovely the hotel is being refurbished and I think it will be nice. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people only 4 arrived we paid for the rooms which was fine but we were charged for 6 breakfasts each day, which were 1 euro more each than at the time of booking |
