Was there for one night only, however found it has good location, I had a design-oriented large room and staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast ok
Nothing really, the wi-fi authentification process is a bit of a pain, but hey, this is France.
Long walk to and from public car park. Smell in bathroom, probably drains, also smelt it in the foyer. dark pokey rooms.
Location large room helpful staff
Noisy. Not only the street noise which we expected but also the building work nearby
Central location, nice staff, clean, wifi. ALL I NEEDED. I expected some noise in the evening and in the morning since the central location. All perfectly bearable.
Rooms were unique in decor and efficient in design. Location on pedestrianized street within moments of shops, restaurants, sites, waterfront, and transportation.
great location surprisingly quiet newly restorated clean
room was too tiny impossible to move if u have big luggages
The hotel is located in the city center, in the pedestrian area, perfect for visiting the historic center. good breakfast sweet and salty. room basic and clean. easy to reach by bus nr 1 from the airport.
Facilities, location. Great restaurants and incredible shopping is right at your doorstep.
Street noise at night; because the hotel is right on one of the main shopping streets in the center of town there are loud people partying up and down the street into the night which can be easily heard plus noisy street cleaning and garbage pickup equipment. This virtually never stops. Just decide if the pluses are worth it. Also although the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the hotel has no business center or computer that you can use.
Location was great as hotel in close proximity to walks, shops and restaurants.
Facilities in room very poor with no chairs even though there is ample room to accommodate same (had to borrow one from the breakfast room). Wardrobe space is miniscule we kept most of our clothes in the case during our 3 day stay. Lighting in toilet shower area is dreadful - very badly located in relation to mirrors.
Hotel location as central as possible, good local cafés, bars & restaurants in vicinity. No need to book breakfast as pretty stark in hotel. Make sure car park address confirmed if travelling by car as nearest parking a good walk away including luggage haul (travel light). Definitely upgrade to Prestige room as Superior we tried not up to scratch.
Very large room. Friendly staff nicely decorated
excellent location, nice staff, modern room furniture, quietness,
nothing of mention
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to checkin early
We liked everything in terms of location, cleanliness, price, staff ( especially Anne Ezano)were always excellent and very helpful.
The only fault I could think of is that wifi needed logging on a regular basis. If you out and when you return you will need to log on agian....everything else was A1 highly recommend to other travellers
Very good location. Right next to the long shopping street, tourist office, tram stations, in close proximity to tourist attractions, Eateries. Most staff can speak a little bit English, some were very fluent. I suggest download the English to French app The staff were helpful and on our checkout day which was at 5am one even offered to prepare coffee for us, hats of to their hospitality.
The lifts were really small, smaller than budget hotels where I have been before. WiFi was terrible. It seems power cuts are common in the part where the hotel is located. Our morning schedule got disrupted due to the power cut from 6am to 9am. It was really dark. (I forgot to charge my phone overnight and power came back only when I left. I had phone without charge for rest of the day.) I guess someone lit a candle which in turn triggered a smoke alarm. The sound was deafening and woke up all the guests. The staff blamed French electricity board for the cuts. But when I asked around no one were aware of any cuts in that part of the city! The staff were knowledgeable but didn't know about tram stay timings. We spent €24 on taxi to get to st jean station. Nobody told us that runs as early as 5am. Had we known we wouldn't have taken a taxi.
Central location although busy and noisy. Quite large room.
Bathroom arrangement, I always prefer an actual, separate bathroom. Driving to the hotel was impossible. If they'd told us in advance to park underground in the Place de Grand Hommes it would have been a lot easier.
Nicely renovated, modern bathrooms
There are still smoking rooms, so at times one could smell cigarette smell and the crack between and door wasn't helping... I had to put a towel to try to keep the smell out
Très mauvais accueil
Brilliant value for money. Modern clean room and Super location right in the city centre. Felt very safe here too, important for me as I was travelling alone. I needed accommodation in Tououse the following night & a very friendly staff member organised this for me at a great price. I will stay here again when I return to Bourdeaux and would gladly recommened it.
Tiny room, air con set to either 13 degrees or 21. Unsusable hairdryer. Having to keep signing on with email address to wifi
I thought the staff were really friendly and very helpful. Great location.
Just a bit noisy through the night but that's due to the good location.
Modern room design but quite big and bed comfort excellent. Big shower, very clean room. Good choice for breakfast as a buffet. Tight in the heart of Bordeaux shopping centre, even better as it is pedestrian. Park your car in the nearest car park and walk to the hotel. Good shopping streets around.
Apart from a reception staff, we didn't see any others, not even at breakfast. A good way to reduce cost but a bit too much for your customers, especially at breakfast. Please tell your customers on your website about car park facilities and that you get it at reduced rate if you show your bill to the main car park reception. A good way to attract new customers, especially when you are located in the heart of pedestrian area.
Excellent location, I got a good night's sleep even in the middle of town during the fête de la musique (remember to ask for a room which doesn't face the front)
The room seemed clean and the bed was made up but the rubbish in the bin from the previous occupant had not been cleared, next to the bin there was a half-full drink bottle and cardboard box. In the shower there was a bar of soap covered in someone else's hair.
Fantastic location. Quiet room,(double glazed windows,) Clean and well presented, good breakfast. Lift.
WiFi was available but very poor signal.
