Actually this hotel located at a good area. But if you want to stay in this hotel, please ensure that you'll be served by Khalifa. He's the best guy that I knew in this hotel. He's helpful, nice and friendly. - Other officers are less friendly - Small room - No escalator - No power source - Bathroom charge

La locación, muy céntrica Nos dieron el piso 6 sin ascensor. La buhardilla, aunque estaba bien, tenía el piso tan desnivelado que ni las valijas podían permanecer quietas si uno no les ponía un tope a las ruedas.

Localisation close to Chatelet Les Halles which is perfect in case of metro and trains. You can go everywhere from this location by foot which is perfect if you need to see Paris.

Did feel very welcome eventhough we were much too early at the hotel to check in. Rooms are not very big but do have à comfortabele bed and no synthetic (cotton :-) sheets. Bathroom had old Brown tiles but was very clean for they put in à showercabin. No hook though to put the showerhead on to prevent long showers hahahah Breakfast was just à coffee and à croissant so we decided to eat outside; plenty restaurants to chose from :-)

Try and avoid at all costs Dirty,dodgy,rude staff. Wi-fi does not work,dirty toilets,etc. A disgrace to be called a hotel should be called disaster.

Good location which is near the river and near Les halles. Many restaurants surround it. The room is quite big. The environment is not in secure location. And I have to take the stairs to my room in 4th floor.

Location La relación costo beneficio no era buena, el staff del hotel no fue tan simpático y lo peor era que había un valor adicional para tomar una ducha. La noche cuesta el doble que en cualquier otra ciudad en Europa pero el hotel no es ni la mitad de los hoteles que escogimos en Madrid, Barcelona, Berlín y Milan. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo.

the only value you get is location .. I was dead tired when I reach but I change my hotel right away after first night .. it is a waste of money and as I move to cheaper hotel the day after , the facilities was much much better .. I strongly recommend NOT to go this Hotel .. I liked Paris a lot , the only weak point in my Paris trip was De La Vallee Hotel.. you cannot call it hotel .. an angeled floor which make the bed not even .. and nothing else .. you can call it a cheap shelter , cannot call it Hotel. Wrote to prevent similar experience for another young couple .. I paid 89 Euro for bath and service inside .. comparison with other hotels I go in Paris .. the real value is 20 Euro not more ..

It's very central situated. The bed was really too small for two people (110cm wide), which was not what I expected when I booked a double room. The street is quite noisy, but with the windows closed you don't hear much street noice. You do hear the other hotel guests though because the walls are paperthin.

The hotel does not have a lift and the toilet is on the landing but the shower and the sink are in the room although the hotel is quite basic it has to be held in mind that the location is extremely central and in paris you do not get good hotels in good locations unless you really pay for them

Perfect location, quiet room even if the street is quite animated. No cheaper accomodation in the nearby. Nice staff. I recommend it for budget travellers whot won't spend too much time in the hotel, just for sleeping. Tiny and very-very oldish basic room, without any plug in the room.

Good value for money, in an excellent central location – just 2 min walk from RER/metro station Châtelet - Les Halles with a direct link to Charles de Gaulle in around 40 min. And the pedestrian area without the noisy traffic is relatively quit. Our room looked freshly painted, and had a small bathroom with a new shower and a sink. The bed was okay and everything was clean. No luxury, but hey, what do you expect for this price! We didn’t mind there is a sex cinema opposite the hotel. At the corner, there also is a nice Starbucks coffee shop!

The worst place I`ve ever been. Way too expensive for the service they offer. The room smell like smoke, the couple bed was small, the tv wasn`t working... The pictures of the hotel are not real, the hotel street has a lot of sexy shops and things like that. Definitely don`t stay there.
