Good sized rooms, with balconies and views of the lake.

Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow, and the food quality not up to the usual standard of a Relais et Chateau. No hot option for breakfast.

Friendly and lovely location. It's old fashioned but that makes the charme of the place.

Comfort above expectations. Accomodation in historic building with authentic atmosphere.

Stay far away from Evian on the hills (300 meters above lake level). Cold breakfast (only hot tea-coffee)

The view of the Alps in the morning from our balcony was most memorable!!! The dinner we had at their restaurant was one of the best in our lives!!! The beautiful landscaping around the hotel had little surprises that you didn't see at first.

We stayed 3 nights - the last two mornings we woke up to no hot water. Washing our faces and hands in cold water was a good way to wake up but showers were out of the question. The hotel offered us hot showers in another building on the last day but we declined as we wanted to get on our way. The Hotel reduced our rate for two of the three nights by 50% because of this situation ++++++++!!!!!!!! merci! And gave us gift wrapped presents as we left. First Class service.

We had a great relaxing stay just for one night but would definately stay longer had we not had to travel onwards to home .Look out for the spit roasts which are a speciality of the hotel and looked super (we had already opted for the 3 course dinner so couldn,t try it ).We were upgraded free of charge to superior lake view rooms without asking.Breakfast was good with fresh juices,strawberries, yoghurts and lovely croissants and breads.We were given a gift by the hotel owner and felt extremely welcome at this hotel. One to recommend to friends

The hotel was very professional and welcoming. The staff were most helpful and attentive. The gardens are beautiful and the setting quite breathtaking.

The one grumble was the lack of air-conditioning. It was hot and humid for most of our stay and we had to open all the windows to cool down.

The location was perfect for me, the horse riding center is just cross the road and the tennis courts as well. The stuff were very friendly and the house keepers come twice or three times a day. I loved the the balcony which was very big and has amazing view.

There wasn't air conditioningin my room, and the hotel was a bit far from the downtown.

Breakfast was included in price but a charge was made for hot food I.e boiled egg 6.00 euros. No English speaking channel on T.V.

Emplacement : calme, vue, balcon, piscine Prix modérés pour les prestations (hors restauration)

Restaurant : qualité médiocre de la cuisine (goût, plat insuffisamment chaud) pour un prix digne du Royal Evian !
