The location is excellent. Just few minutes walk from the Gare Du Nord. Reception staffs are friendly and good in English. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially the receptionists. Our room and the toilet was clean. That's the most thing. Breakfast was good with variety of choices on offer. It was good. Carpets are old, they need changing. Those by the hallway on the fifth floor especially, and some bits are hanging by the edge of the stairwell, they trimming.

The hotel is very well located close to Gare Du Nord. The staff were very friendly and the hotel quite comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. 1. Lack of lighting in the room. 2. No mirror at the dressing table. 3. No wardrobe or any drawers for clothes. 4. No tea or coffee making facility in the room.

Very efficient; room very clean; thought had been given to fitting in all the amenities in a small space. Good breakfast apart from the coffee which was hot and black but tasteless. Coffee lacked flavour.

Close to Gare du Nord - convenient for traveling to and from Paris by train. No airconditioning and therefore with window open a very noisy place. Lots of trafic in the street.

Good location, close to gare du nord, good breakfast, considering it was a two star hotel and the price paid in Paris, I must say that the room and bathroom were good. There are really good restaurants close to the Hotel, an expensive one named Saint Michel (but really good French restaurant) and good Italian restaurant on the corner close to the hotel. I would stay there again for my next trip to Paris.

The hotel is very good located near of the stations Gare du Nord and Gare de Est. Perfect availability to Metro, train, buses to central city Paris. Checking on reception was quick but we got very small and old-long time used room. The photos of this room is not displayed on booking.com pages. When I claimed this room, then we got modern and bigger room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was adequate, the room was very clean, we got a new towels every day. Generally is hotel very good and clean I recommend this hotel for your visit. Only French TV programms on room. Little bit noisy hotels lift.

Felt like we had our own space... Very free to roam in and out of the Hotel. Felt at home. I wasn't ble to get an internet connection through wifi from my room on the top floor... Would have liked more internet access,

The staff was very kind en the exellent location There was not enough space (chairs and tables) in the breakfastroom. We asked for a room in the quiet area of the hotel and we slept on a noisy part.

This was really good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, good location near Gare du Nord. This is a hotel I would gladly recommend to others.

The room was very small and dark. Light colours of the walls, furniture bedspread ,big mirror would improve the image and make the room more cosy . Cleaners should not start cleaning rooms at 9am on Sunday . The noise of vacuum cleaner was unbearable .

Staffs were nice and breakfast was good too. Overall a very good hotel although a bit pricey (but this is in Paris, can't complain too much about the price). The downside is the lights in our room were too dim

Receptionist showed an excellent and quick reaction to our complaint when a wooden bed leg was broken, changed the rooms. The first room given looked rather poor. Bad smell in bath room. Rooms are dark, not enough light.

Location very good:we could travel from Gare du Nord to every place we want with the three days metro card ! A 10 for the special service we get: we had a room with a two-persons bed, it was too small for two older girl friends (more for lovers). The manager give us a studio - for the same price - with two beds and a room with more space ! Thanks a lot for this good service, we had a good time: good sleeping and breakfast !!!
