well renovated . I was pleasantly surprized by the interior of our hotelroom in comparison to the exterior.The manager( Pierre)was also very helpfull. |

Location We could not believe how dirty the hotel was - in particular the public areas. The carpets were very badly stained and worn. There was a serious shortage of staff |

This was a lovely hotel in an ideal setting. Whislt the public ares were very traditional, our room was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast service was slow and haphazard. |

The location of the hotel was very good for watching the Tour de France on the Col de Tourmalet. The restaurant staff was very helpful upon our late arrival to provide us with some food even though the kitchen had just closed. The hotel was right in the center of Luz as well, so very convenient for restaurant access. The beds were terribly worn out. My back was killing me the next morning. |

Our room was perfect. All nicely refurbished to a very high quality & the bed was very comfortable. We loved it. The breakfast was very average. The croissants were not fresh. |

It's position for exploring the National Parks and surrounding countryside Rather basic accomodation. Hotel itself somwhat shabby, which is a shame, as it could be a very attractive property with some renovations |

Lo mejor fue la sorpresa que nos llevamos al ver la habitacion. Estan reformadas completamente, y los baños estan muy bien. Al ver la entrada, enmoquetada y sin reforma alguna, nos esperamos algo parecido en las habitaciones. Por decir algo, almohada algo escasa, y que la ducha no desaguaba correctamente. |

l'accueil du patron et sa très grande disponibilité, nous devoins partir en randonnée il a accepté de nous servir le petit déjeuner une heure trente avant le premier horaire de service. La proprété et le bon confort des chambres avec toilettes indépendantes de la salle de bain. |

La chambre qui nous a été réservée ne peuvait être fermée à clès; et le prix de chambre était plus élevé que celui qui était prévu.Donc nous avons demandé une chambre de prix de réservation et qui pouvait être fermé à clès! Nous n'avons pas eu de sèche-cheveux ni champoing; nous avons eu juste un petit savon! |
