Comfortable and friendly hotel, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Excellent for a short visit. Rooms a little on the small side, however ideal for overnight visits. |

we have stayed there before and would do so again. stay very helpful despite the language barrier. very clean and friendly. also good value for money,The beds are great and we always manage to sleep for about 12 hours. |

The friendly staff. The convenience for taking the cross-channel ferry. The proximity to the shops and restaurants. The exterior was, at first, off-putting but the stay was very welcoming and different. |

The staff were very friendly and the location was handy as it was close to restaurants and the centre of Boulogne. That it was in the middle of a bus station and the lift did not work. Apparently, the lift is being fixed in November but according to other reviews, it has been out of action for some time. Because of the winding staircase, it would not be suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities without a lift. |

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and accomodating! The room, albeit small, was newly decorated beautifully and very clean, as was the bathroom. Parking just behind the hotel was reasonable. A no-frills but very pleasant hotel! Overlooking the bus station wasn't ideal, but it is very central for exploring Boulogne, and by the time we got back from dinner the buses had stopped running. |

The hotel was very close to the ferry port and had quite a few reasonably priced cafes and bistrots close by. |

It was convenient as it was near to the shops, restaurants, bars, river and beach. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel as long as there was a free space. The hotel didn't have a view. The front was in the bus station and the rear overlooked onto one of the towns car parks. |

Friendly and helpful management. We travelled with our baby and the manager helped us carry our bags upstairs. Breakfast was very good. The lift does not work, and I dont think it ever will. just leave it out of the equation. Next scheduled repair is November ha ha. I have elected not to recommend, but if the lift is reclassified |

It was comfortable and very clean, buut we only stayed the one night. Due to travelling. Didn't realise the location was like a bus depot. It was also quite noisy with music playing in the area. Didn't think much to Boulogne either. |

They were flexible about allowing us to use two rooms. (Our twin bed room had no bathroom and had to use the connecting room for the bathroom anyway. Still it was nice that we could sleep in seperate rooms for the price of one room). Its a pretty basic hotel. Also the lift was broken (they said it was being fixed the next day). Nevertheless, I have bad knees and woudl have preferred not to have to climb two stories of stairs. |

Convenient overnight stay for ferry. Friendly welcoming owners,room comfortable.Breakfast was reasonably priced, fresh and unhurried. We would use this hotel again for an overnight stop in Boulogne. Although we slept well the room did overlook the bus station giving some background noise.The lift is currently out of order but is due to be renovated in autumn.Parking outside the hotel is limited but there is plenty of car parking within a few minutes walk. |

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel is very close to the town centre and is also very convenient for the ferry port. The room however was basic, only just about adequate. The breakfast room was comfortable and nicely decorated and the breakfast was good The room did not seem thoroughly cleaned, the floor was covered with lino and felt grimy under a bare foot. Some of the wallpaper was peeling and some of the paintwork was chipped. The pedestal for the sink was broken and was held together by glue and plastic paper. The patterned wallpaper, curtains and bedspread all clashed ! This bedroom needed a complete makeover. |

Sondro and Florence are very friendly hosts, will book resturants and taxis and Sondros English is enough to understand , he also speaks Italian. There is good free of charge parking directly outside. It fronts on to the bus station but it does give very easy parking. |

The room was very nice and well equipped. The manager/owner was very helpful both with finding a parking space and recommending a restaurant. I would definitely use this hotel again for a short stay in the Boulogne area. |
