Very polite staff Good location Excellent breakfast

Pillows too small Lighting room was sparse

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was missing more variety to the tea selection and some veggies/fruits to the breakfast.

I didn't notice it said you have to arrive before 9 pm. However, the owner was good enough to let us in at around 10. The town is dead after 10, apart from the Australian bar next to the theatre. If we hadn't found that, we wouldn't have eaten.

Good central location for exploring

From the outside we were a bit worried, but once you go through the door it's a clean, well layedout, comfortable hotel and we would deffenately stay there again.

No proper parking, we nicked a space in the bus station out front.

The owners were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and excellent value for money. The location was brilliant for the city centre, seaside, train and bus stations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I could fault the hotel on was having no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was however a bar and restaurant downstairs so it wasn't a massive problem.

Limited free parking; location though convenient for shops etc was not picturesque - next to a bus station! Very limited public area in hotel - but plenty within walking distance

Friendly welcome from the attentive hosts, good english speaking host. Lovely breakfast, delightful rooms. Very handy for the shops, restaurants and sights.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location near the town centre and an easy walk to the beach and Nauticaa.

Evening meals are not available, B&B only. The view is of the bus station. But these are small things.

- Staff were incredibly friendly - Family room was 2 inter-connecting rooms with good space, extremely clean and very comfortable - Continental Breakfast was excellent and good value

- Tv choice was only French channels (not normally an issue but with kids in tow who went to sleep around 9pm we would have liked some satellite channels on offer)

Wonderful quirky town centre hotel full of Frenchness with very friendly proprietors. We had problem with heat in bedroom - fixed immediately!

Parking slight problem but no difficulties for us.

My pal and I arrived after 10pm and were met by a friendly owner. Twin room was clean and quiet with good facilities. There was some free parking just outside the hotel. The hotel is centrally located close to the seafront with plenty of well stocked bars and restaurants. We would use this hotel again.

Rooms are well priced but slightly out dated.

Great value for money with elegant, modern decor in a central location. Friendly manager, free wifi and free parking outside the hotel. next to the bus station but no noise from it.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are small but extremely clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast is great value and pleasantly served. Would recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay in a place where the owners were very friendly and helpful. The decor was simple but clean and very comfortable. we will be stating there again in the near future - this could be a regular jaunt for us!! My daughter particularly liked the WiFi!!

Very friendly owners, the room, although small, was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Continental breakfast reasonably priced at 6.5e as much coffee and fruit juice as you could want. One minute walk to Grand Rue the main shopping thoroughfare.

The location left a bit to be desired facing directly on to the bus station but as we had a room at the rear of the hotel were not bothered by any noise.

Simple but clean and stylish furnishings. Nothing too much trouble for the owner.

Excellent value for money. The hotel and our room was very clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. En-suite facilities were excellent. Beds comfortable. No noise from outside. We have 3 young children and the room accommodated them very well with 3 single beds and a double bed. The room itself was actually 2 rooms with the interconnecting door open. This gave Mum & Dad the option of a little privacy even if it did not pan out that way. However, the hotel accommated us as a family very well. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. Not much English spoken but enough for most normal requests and they seemed pleased that we spoke French to them as much as possible, something I find reguarly when visiting France. Breakfast was very good. Continental only, so if you're a lover of a full cooked breakfast you'll be out of luck but lots of bread, croissants, pain au chocolate etc plus yogurts, jam, tea/coffee/juice. All for a good price. The hotel is close to centre of Boulogne with many shops in the local area.

Nothing about the hotel itself. The only thing that might put people off initially is that the entrance is situated in the bus station which is a bit unusual and parking there is limited although we did manage to get a space which was free of charge. There is also a proper car park just round the corner. The views from the windows of the hotel are not picturesque but it depends on what you want. We were out other than when it was time for bed so it wasn't an issue for us.

Proprietors are wonderful - very helpful and courteous. I love this hotel and have used it on numerous occasions

I like everything about it

Although it was by the bus station it was very quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. Owners of hotel very helpful and friendly. Convenient for town centre and bus station.

No coffee making facilities in room. However for short stay, excellent value.

It's a very cozy and clean little hotel with a nice athmosphere
