The staff was not welcoming. The room and bathroom were tiny and not clean. There was no complementary coffee or tea.The terrace was enclosed in a patio with no view.
Good location for day trip into Monte Carlo, train station near by, nice clean bed and comfortable linen, staff were helpful although not very informed about parking in Monte Carlo.
The hotel had a funny smell in the common areas although the rooms were fine, no parking in front of hotel to get luggage in but plenty of on street parking near by. Expensive stay for the quality of hotel but then we are near Monaco.
Nice reception area and terrace at the rear. Very well located close to the beach club.
Manager (I presume) on day of arrival was excellent, allowing us to quickly drop off bags, hit the beach and checkin later. Sadly the new staff member we saw later/next day was incompetent, incredibly unhelpful and caused much stress. Failed to book a taxi. Nonchalant and useless.
Ten out of ten. Perfect spot for those who value comfort and good value. The room was impeccably clean with a large terrace where one can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring spectacular views. I booked my room with no breakfast included, however a complimentary coffee in the morning made my stay even more enjoyable..big THANK YOU to the friendly staff...
Polit initially till the bill was disputed after, internet booking was made.
Booked in for a twin bed and ended up on the floor after a stretcher bed was given as an option. Bathroom was that small could barely wipe my but. Really don't ask for much but this was a real let down....
Nice area and convenient for bus and train
The hotel's price was reasonable compared the others and this is an elegant small house converted to be a hotel.
No elevator. The bathroom is very very small. The taxi arranged by the hotel is more expensive than the general taxis. The busses going to Monte Carlo are usually very crowded and there is no bus after 8pm. The major problem is the commute for this hotel if you don't have a car.
High standard of accommodation - excellent decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Monaco
A bit of a trek to the beach and many of the bars and restaurants in the area were closed on Sunday evening - odd for peak season of August
