Great location, good value for money, staff were very friendly and the room was clean and neat if rather small.
The booking site does suggest that all rooms look onto the street which is not the case, but it's Paris so it's ok.
Close to the Marais and an ok price for the area. We liked having a couch in our room.
Breakfast was dreadful :-(
Good location, stuff. Some supermarkets near the hotel
Very very dirty room. There are many spots on the wall, carpet, furniture etc. Some unpleasant smell in the room. I asked double bed, but it was twin - two small beds with sagging mattress. Did not want to be a minute in the room. Next time I will pay more, but stay at more comfortable hotel. Please, do repaire in your rooms!
Friendly staff, nice quiet room and clean facilities.
room and room cleanliness
a ridiculous lift lousy French breakfast in general problems with internet from third floor on
I paid 85 Euros for this room. It was very small with just a very small and ugly formica table. The bathroom was so tiny with no light over the mirror. The saop available was ridiculous. The light from the stair comes through the door all nignt, you may listen everything in the adjacent rooms and the worse was the matress. Paris is not always a good experience. But this one was the worse. And they ask 5 euros to use the wifi.
The 11e is a good location and the hotel is close to the Metro (Parmentier). Nearby shops and restaurants are a plus.
Wifi didn't work for me - should be free anyway.
Location (close to Place de la Republique) and to Paris Nord train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything else. Very small and smelly room (old building, poor ventilation). Super noisy from the stairs literally next to the room, doors not closing properly and making horrible noise, impossible to sleep with the exit of other guests in rooms next door. I had to put music to be able to sleep. Overall, a very bad experience.
mildew in the bathroom, too small lift, noise of the street at night
the human "face" of the staff, the location
Very happy with this hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends. I love the area. Nice bars and cafes around. Easy access to tourist spots. The staff we friendly and helpful. Only issue, no wifi on the higher floors, but good connection in reception.
Location was fine and some reception staff were friendly.
The extremely rude woman in the breakfast bar who was exceedingly unhelpful when I asked about the procedure with breakfast and manhandled me to a chair pushing me down in to it. Anyone in NZ who behaved in this way would be out of a job immediately. Also the very inferior room with cracked basin, a shower head that was broken, missing light bulbs, a window that did not open etc etc and rubbish under the beds. I would not recommend paying 1/4 of the price asked for here. Gail
Lokation... Close to the Metro and restaurants... The staff was very helpfull... If you need a room just for sleep, it is a very good hotel.
The noise... You could hear everything from the other rooms, the door Slamming... The telly don't work on every Channel... And only WiFi in the lobby...
It was ok for the price
The little skinny lift
Great location, clean, value for money.
Walls were very thin but I've stayed in a few hotels like that in Paris and it's pretty normal.
It was a 5 min walk from where I was going
The lift was tiny just about 1 person can fit, I originally booked a double room but then cancelled it to get a twin room on there end the cancellation never showed so they said I had to pay for both rooms. Even when I showed the guy my cancellation confirmation he said if I can't sell the room myself I would be paying. It eventually got sorted however I paid slightly more for a twin room and still got given a double room. The shower was gross luckily I just stayed one night so didn't use it. If your going for one night and won't be spending much time there then it may be worth it if your not that bothered. I won't be going back there
Location of the hotel is very good in a lively area not far from the centre. It's located in a quiet street and the room was quite clean. Very confortable bed
Room is very small for paid money but it's more problem of Paris that the hotel. I also do not like that internet is extra charged.
Very good location.
WiFi for 5 Euro? WTF?
Only location is good
Dirty walls in a room. Small bathroom and shower. Loudy from the street, you can't close the window due to bed ventilation. Only one plug in a room to charge phone or other devices. Elevator and corridor only for 1 "dwarf" :-) I've never seen smaller. WiFi is available only in lobby for 5 Euro/day! Expensive for such low level service - reasonable price is 50 Euro/night but not 90...
Price, Cable TV, bed,
Not really close to landmarks, WIFI extra 5 €, my room was not clean when I arrived
I like that the Hotel was in Paris
The elevator was small No electrical plugs in the room. I had to unplug the tv to charge my phone. Small room expensive for the quality of the hotel. Poor wifi service rude staff room was not ready when I arrived. The worst hotel I stayed in
Carlos and Thomas were excellent hosts at the front desk !
Noise coming thru the walls ! We were in room #10 and could hear everything at the front desk ; we had to use earplugs to sleep !
