Hôtel Albe Saint Michel is in a central location, in the heart of Paris’ Latin Quarter, by the Seine River. It is 5 minutes from Notre Dame Cathedral and the chic Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.

Score from 940 reviews Very good
Poor lighting in room and bedside
Great hotel, very modern but loads of character. Great location, 2 minute walk from cathedral, down a little side street but seconds from good restaurants and bars.
Not much to say in this box. The only fault I would say is that there is no where that tells you the wifi password. The room is a tight squeeze but we found it fine. I've read that this is the case in most hotels in Paris.
The receptionist couldn't be nicer and more welcoming. Reception area itself designed in a quirky style but relaxing.
No bar :(
Quaint and quiet gem in the Latin Quarter. A short walk to the Cathedral and to train and metro stations and a short walk in the opposite direction to beautiful restaurants in the Latin Quarter.
One minor request - tea and coffee making facilities in the room please : )
Room was quite big and very clean and modern. Excellent location near everything on the very quiet street.
You can not use shower while standing in the bathtub. Someone could find bathroom uncomfortable because it is only wall made of colored glass.
Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable room, and good value. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!
No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Hand held shower.
exellent location, specific interior (like a boutique hotel)
cramped little room, acoustic protection is absent, refrigerator is absent, very bad Wi-Fi connection
Everything. Great location. Lovely clean room and friendly staff.
Room was at front of hotel and could be bit noisy.
The location is excellent for sightseeing with lots of great eating options close by in the Latin quarter or on the island. Hotel is clean, tidy and the staff were helpful .
Nothing not to like really, it doesn't have lots of facilities etc but that's not what we wanted, for us I was a great functional base for sightseeing.
Fabulous location, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Very near river, Cathedral and main streets, but actually located in a lovely quiet street. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. I would happily stay there again.
Breakfast was a little sparse as compared to some hotels I have stayed at in France, but there are many nearby places to go to so it is not a big issue. The only downside was that whilst the site shows off rooms with nice baths, there was not a bath in the room we had.
Great location (right on the doorstep of the metro and RER as well as Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame and the Catacombs) Fantastic & very friendly staff (perfect English!) Modern, funky room (small, but nothing out of the ordinary in Paris) with a disco bath!!
The location of the hotel could only be bettered with a good view, but that would probably add £50 per night to the bill, so basically very happy with the central but quiet location. All staff were very polite and all seemed happy which is nice. Good value.
I know it's difficult for small hotels but the general level of noise from the room above was quite high, especially when they were using the shower or loo, it woke me up in the morning!
Location outstanding. Quiet street. Good facilities.
I had difficulty with front desk over a billing issue. Hotel clerk could have been much more tactful in her comments...my problem was resolved once I communicated directly with booking.com Could not adjust thermostat to reduce temperature of room. Broken mosaic tiles around shower sink drain and a little mould in corners of shower.
Smallness of the room but we know hotel rooms in Paris are small.
Position, cleanliness and quality of sleep (room in the fifth floor) were excellent. The hotel is not cheap, but if you want to live Paris from a priviliged point view, this hotel is the best value for money. English is fairly spoken.
Maybe breakfast is a bit expensive as there are a lot of bakeries in the nearby (in fact this was our choice). It's OK for a couple, but may be troublesome for a familiy with children.
Second time at this hotel in 10 years still the same great receptionist Dominiqe
The situation is excellent (small street between Notre-Dame and Boulevard St. Germain), can't imagine a better one. The room not spaced but comfortable enough.
No door in a very tiny bathroom (fortunately the WC had one). Quite superficial room cleaning. Stuff at the reception desk not always responsive (depends on person). No printed information about the hotel in the room.
Clean, friendly, compact rooms but adequate, very clean and staff very helpful, breakfast usual fayre but very Gd croissants.....great local Michelin restaurant at end of street.
Can be noisy to front room, where I stayed, loud music on Sat from local bar till 2ish...., and no real facilities, but for what we paid can't complain...
The staff were helpful and friendly, room was comfortable with an opening window, good lighting and comfortable bed. We were able to keep our room until early afternoon.
It was strange that the toilet and shower were both in the bedroom, not a separate room and so there was no privacy! A facility for hot drinks in the room would have been nice,
Location was excellent Closeness to shops, bars and restaurants Look of the room Shower was good (but leaked)
Toilet was in a very small glass cubical. I am only 5ft and my knees touched the sides! My fiancé had to use the toilet with the door open. Very noisy room - no sound proofing so heard loud humming noises coming from extractor fans in other bathrooms and the lift was very loud Staff were ok but didn't offer any maps, good places to eat, wifi codes - anything you would normally expect from a hotel in a foreign city!
Great location - easy access for RER B and lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus Notre Dame itself!
The "bathroom" is open in the room. Fine if you're alone but a bit awkward if you're sharing!!
Staff were lovely and helpful. Location quiet, but wonderfully central.
Shower - there was no option but to hold the rose the entire time. Being chrome it was slippery to hold. On the second morning we rose after 8am, and the water was only warm.
Location, helpful staff
Room was noisy with traffic noise and party folk.
Staff available all night. Staff very friendly and informative.Great location in the Latin Quarter but on a quiet street. Bathroom roomy. Small bedroom but enough room to open luggage and leave it open.
The breakfast was expensive considering what was offered. I thought it unusual that we were discouraged using the dining room area at times when nothing was being served.
Amazing location. Spa batch was lovely. Nice, modern design.
