Service and assistance from the establishment and staff were great

Friendly staff and they spoke excellent English.

No kettle in room. Breakfast was at additional cost and was basic.

Hotel staff friendly and the hotel itself very clean and decorated in a quirky fashion.

The location not fantastic, though 10/15 minute walk from train and bus station it is cut off from town by the station. Difficult to find. All shops, bars and restaurants at other side of train station. Also had triple room which was very small and small shower room - no bath.

Small hotel but all the services and amenities we required as a family.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant, worked very hard to ensure needs were met and was clearly proud of the hotel and the work she was doing. The breakfasts were excellent, secure parking was ideal for pur purposes having had an unfortunate experience with our car at our previous stay. The room, although small, was very clean and suitable for our needs. Free wifi was a useful extra for us and the overall price was very good.

Occasionally a bit noisy but not too bad.

I have to say I was a little dissapointed with this hotel. It was more like a hostel than a hotel and needed a little tlc. The corridors were very dark and dingy as was the room lighting. I paid 11 euros per day for breakfast and although it was continental it was probably one of the poorest throughout my holiday when I would have expected a little more in France considering their gourmet. Having said this the female member of staff was helpful, friendly and polite at all times and spoke good english. Although there was hotel parking at a further 6Euros per day on street parking was free and I had no trouble parking within yards of the hotel on my two night stay. The hotel was a 15minute walk to the old town which was not an effort and took you through a small shopping mall which was handy if you wanted a littel inside shopping.

Dark and dingy and breakfast was well overpriced and restricted.

location is a bit far away from centre ville and it is quite difficult to find the hotel. quite worry about the safety nearby as many police cars are standby

Staff friendly, bigger room than average, secure parking facilities.

The wc compartment was tiny - almost impossible to use with the door closed. The Hotel is a little way out of the centre, about 15/20 minutes walk. Breakfast basic and a bit expensive for what you got.

Florence was a very friendly and warm host. The breakfast room was charming and a lovely breakfast with warm croissants good coffee, friut yoghurt etc. A short walk to the old town. Very comfortable bed. We stayed three nights. Pleasant ambience and quiet.

Ait is outside the old town.

The hotel keeper is very nice and friendly. The room is pretty nice. The location is near to the town. The environment very peaceful.

No air conditioner.

Large rooms if a little dated. Good location with a 15 minute walk to the town centre and lake/beach. Staff are freindly and helpfull.

Well located (just 10-15 minutes walking from the historical sites), in a quite surroundings; very helpful staff (Florence provided us with excellent tips) and nice breakfast for the price established.

The room was a little small, but nothing jeopardizing our stay. Hard to control water temperature during the shower. Warning: if driving , make sure to reserve the parking, because it is tough to get a place in the area.

Florence, the owner who was on reception when we arrived, was just wonderful. Welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable of the area. Room was clean though the toilet was very small! No elevator up to rooms but hotel was very easy to find and only 5 min walk from city centre. Would stay there again.

Small toilet in our room. And parking was on the street which was difficult at times. Would still stay again.

Small, comfortable, and friendly private hotel. Very helpful owner speaks perfect English.

Difficult to find and get back to by car until you know the Annecy labyrinth. Decor slightly eccentric and worn, and lighting on stairs and corridors could be better.

L' accueil est parfait,la situation géographique proche de la gare est très bien et au calme.

La salle du petit déjeuner était très très agréable! Très bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville.
