Very nice customer service
Very good value for money! In general quiet, although the soundproof in budget hotels in Paris is always poor. Hotel is well located - everything is around the corner (metro, various cafes, McDo, Starbucks, supermarket, even famous Moulin Rouge). Room is very small, but neat, fresh furniture, clean linen and towels. Perfect option for budget tourists who spend most of the time exploring the city. Elevator and hair-dryer in the room are good assets ) It takes about half an hour walk to Opera (RoissyBus) or Champs Elysees. Montmartre is in 10-15 min walk. Staff is very nice. Overall - very pleasant stay. We'd love to come back soon!
Could have the mattress fixed to the bed - it moves easily.

Good staffs and service, and nice breakfast.
No access to water or even tea in the room at night
Small clean room, which was perfectly fine, as most of the time we were outside. Close to the metro station. Located in busy district of Montmartre. Staff nice and helpful. They spoke English too.
Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room.
The location is really good to commute around Paris Metro. The rooms are clean
The hotel charged a 10 Euros for keeping the a backpack for the entire day...which I think was not at all acceptable and breakfast is very costly as compared to the food items it served...
This hotel has really nice location (nice, quiet and few steps from the underground station). Price for stay is lower than Paris average and the staff is really nice and friendly (what is worth to mention they all speak English) making it a great place to stay. Rooms are rather small (we were missing a wardrobe) but cosy and clean. Also the 'small but important' things - we were given the towels and shampoo/soap, that is not always a standard in 2star hotel.
I am glad that wifi was available and free, but the signal quality was not so good. Maybe it was caused by the fact that we were staying at the fourth floor
Location, location, location!! Breakfast just fair.
The noise from the cafes around.
Location is good, stuff was friendly. Almost no noise from outside despite proximity of busy area.
Very small, bathroom so small I barely fit (not being too big). Seemed reasonably clean overall, but found some leftover candy wrappings from previous guests... Bed is not too comfortable. Noise isolation poor. Breakfast with canned fruits, really bad coffee, croissants were mediocre.
Very good location, so many bars/restaraunts/pharmacies/takeaways around. But found just two food shops in 5-10 mins walk - in one of them I would not buy smth as there smells, sure there difficult to find fresh food. Another shop is bit bigger and better, but anyway not what I would like to have nearly hotel. 3 mins walk away is underground with 2 lines, so quit easy to travel between facilities in Paris. Good sizes room, lifts. Good breakfasts. Had room cleaning every day.
Some stains on carpets and walls. No coffee/teapots/sugar in the room, as we had before in another's more cheap hotels. The main minus - we didn't had wi-fi on evenings in the room, reported about it on reception, but no any resolvings of problem. Explained, that they have one router for all hotel and probably there is no signal in our room, as it was on the last floor (4th) - very sad. :(
The availability to the bolangeries, patisseries, supermarkets and restaurants
The noisiness. When we booked, the hotel promised a quiet room because we were there on business but gave a road facing room. Very noisy. Also the free wifi was unstable. Not good if you trying to support the office internationally.
Location is very good (Sacr coeur, Moulin Rouge), metro station is very near, staff kind and speak english. A lot of restaurants around.
Room was small
.Good location, close to the metro. . Busy neighborhood, so no worries to get to the hotel even late at night
. It is not always possible to leave the luggage after your stay. On the other hand, if you leave the luggage, the hotel doesn't seem to have a dedicated room, so the luggage will stay around in the lobby, where there is space available. . There in not a lot of flexibility on the check-out time, and they wont hesitate to press you to do it.
Distance to the metro was perfect. Many food options within a block including a cafe and a bakery. There are always people around.
Weekend was somewhat noisy at night but was expected being in the theater district.
Very good location.
The internet is useless, and the room was very dirty....
Location is very good. Close to metro, close to Montmartre by foot, close to restaurants, bistros, supermarket. Lobby is nice , rooms seems like be renovated but still little bit cheap. Quite comfortable beds.Value for the money.
Wall with holes and old cables, also the bath with little black holes, service with low English-but some of them nice ;), no possibility to print anything even for extra charge. We ask for the glass they told us to go to shop...
Montmartre. I love Montmartre.
Neighbors had their TV on all night, every night. Made it hard to sleep.
small room, not clean, very old needs restoration
Good location, nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet surroundings.
The fact I had a bed after my plane was delayed 6 hours
The fact I was trying to do business work in the foiar after checking out when my wifi ended an hour later and I couldn't just get a little longer
Location is great in Montmartre; also close to metro station. Surprised, the room was not that small as expected. Got the room on the top floor (i.e.4th floor) so the view was over the roofs and not straight to the other building. Didn't try breakfast but think it should be a good deal as for the same price you can get only a sandwich/croissant + coffee in the city and here they offered something extra as noticed from the menu. Overall, would stay again.
Small details such us: TV only in French but you do not come to Paris to watch TV... :)
Location is very near the metro, the staff is nice although english was not very good.
toilet is a bit small
Great location, clean and good value
location staff cleanliness was ok
very small room some smell from kitchens penetrating into the room
Staff very helpful. Their English much better than our French! Breakfast good value. A good base to rest after doing Paris during day. At night lots of good eateries very close like the characterful Le Petit Poucet at end of street & Niv's bistro nearby.
Street facing rooms quite noisy late at night & early morning.
