Very good location, so many bars/restaraunts/pharmacies/takeaways around. But found just two food shops in 5-10 mins walk - in one of them I would not buy smth as there smells, sure there difficult to find fresh food. Another shop is bit bigger and better, but anyway not what I would like to have nearly hotel. 3 mins walk away is underground with 2 lines, so quit easy to travel between facilities in Paris. Good sizes room, lifts. Good breakfasts. Had room cleaning every day.
Some stains on carpets and walls. No coffee/teapots/sugar in the room, as we had before in another's more cheap hotels. The main minus - we didn't had wi-fi on evenings in the room, reported about it on reception, but no any resolvings of problem. Explained, that they have one router for all hotel and probably there is no signal in our room, as it was on the last floor (4th) - very sad. :(
The availability to the bolangeries, patisseries, supermarkets and restaurants
The noisiness. When we booked, the hotel promised a quiet room because we were there on business but gave a road facing room. Very noisy. Also the free wifi was unstable. Not good if you trying to support the office internationally.
Location is very good (Sacr coeur, Moulin Rouge), metro station is very near, staff kind and speak english. A lot of restaurants around.
Room was small
.Good location, close to the metro. . Busy neighborhood, so no worries to get to the hotel even late at night
. It is not always possible to leave the luggage after your stay. On the other hand, if you leave the luggage, the hotel doesn't seem to have a dedicated room, so the luggage will stay around in the lobby, where there is space available. . There in not a lot of flexibility on the check-out time, and they wont hesitate to press you to do it.
Distance to the metro was perfect. Many food options within a block including a cafe and a bakery. There are always people around.
Weekend was somewhat noisy at night but was expected being in the theater district.
Very good location.
The internet is useless, and the room was very dirty....
Location is very good. Close to metro, close to Montmartre by foot, close to restaurants, bistros, supermarket. Lobby is nice , rooms seems like be renovated but still little bit cheap. Quite comfortable beds.Value for the money.
Wall with holes and old cables, also the bath with little black holes, service with low English-but some of them nice ;), no possibility to print anything even for extra charge. We ask for the glass they told us to go to shop...
Montmartre. I love Montmartre.
Neighbors had their TV on all night, every night. Made it hard to sleep.
small room, not clean, very old needs restoration
Good location, nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet surroundings.
The fact I had a bed after my plane was delayed 6 hours
The fact I was trying to do business work in the foiar after checking out when my wifi ended an hour later and I couldn't just get a little longer
Location is great in Montmartre; also close to metro station. Surprised, the room was not that small as expected. Got the room on the top floor (i.e.4th floor) so the view was over the roofs and not straight to the other building. Didn't try breakfast but think it should be a good deal as for the same price you can get only a sandwich/croissant + coffee in the city and here they offered something extra as noticed from the menu. Overall, would stay again.
Small details such us: TV only in French but you do not come to Paris to watch TV... :)
Location is very near the metro, the staff is nice although english was not very good.
toilet is a bit small
Great location, clean and good value
location staff cleanliness was ok
very small room some smell from kitchens penetrating into the room
Staff very helpful. Their English much better than our French! Breakfast good value. A good base to rest after doing Paris during day. At night lots of good eateries very close like the characterful Le Petit Poucet at end of street & Niv's bistro nearby.
Street facing rooms quite noisy late at night & early morning.
The location and hotel staff were great.
The noise from the street at night was disruptive at times.
Location is good, 50 meters from subway metro station (Place di Clichy), neighborhood with lots of activity during the day & night life with many restaurants and bars around, but not a noisy place. Easy access to many interesting places using the subway (metro). Friendly English speaking staff, helped me to find a cheap taxi to take us to the airport, free WiFi in room.
Room a little small and tiny elevator. *Notice: I gave to these 3 categories a Good Rate (for Comfort, Value for money and Quality of sleep), based on Paris is very expensive and finding a building with bigger rooms may be almost impossible or very expensive!
location helpful staff
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location.
amazing location, good breakfast, good wi-fi, excellent and helpful stuff
rooms are very little
location, quiet street, next to the undeground.
too small room, poor (slow) wi-fi, no parking, bad soundproofing from another room - two hours in a row listening to a sex-play in a room next to my. ))
The location is perfect, few minutes away from metro which gets you to the center in like 10-15 minutes. Hotel is close to great restaurants, pharmacy, groceries. Rooms look nice and new, towels changed every day. Nice personal.
We found bedbugs in our bed and my bf had bites all over his body, had to buy cream for itching and allergy pills, he got a big fewer and it ruined one whole day in Paris. We had to change the room which was more clean.
I liked the location. Close to the metro, close to Montmartre area, easy access to all attractions.
The staff were extremely unfriendly, and when we wanted to check to make sure we hadn't already paid (we thought we had), we were basically told "I've been working here for 30 years and if you don't believe me that you haven't paid, then go elsewhere" (paraphrased). There was blood on the sheets, and the carpets were so badly stained I couldn't bring myself to take off my shoes in the room. Disgusting.
Three things make it feel good. Room clean every day; convenient place, it near a key metro line 13, which makes tour efficient; internet works well.
Two things make it feel poor. The beds are too small in twin room; the outside is too noisy when sleeping, especially the rubbish collector truck works in the morning.
