Good, cheap, clean hotel. 65 euro a night for a room with 2 beds is a great price. The breakfast is 5-5,50 euro and includes: Powder cofee/chocolate milk, a single croissant, some white bread, jam, butter and nothing else. No yoghurt, no eggs. 5 euro is not alot, but you're gonna get hungry 30 mins afterwards. Just a word of warning. Staff doesn't speak a word of english, but hey, we're not in England, are we? :)

Larger room space than the others around. Silent and relax hotel concept. Helpful staff. Far from the heart of Paris, but closer to any shopping markets around. Not much easy to reach the hotel after midnight. No breakfast.

This hotel was ideal for us. It was in an excellent location! Literally just opposite the hotel was a metro station which made it very handy when going out and about. Parc de la Villette was just across the road which was nice for a stroll on a night, and Parc des Buttes Chaumont was just around the corner, as it states, just a ten minute walk away. Felt this hotel was perfect and felt we saw a part of Paris we would probably not have seen had we stayed in a hotel closer to the centre. The distance from the centre was not a problem at all with us having a metro so close. We got to the hotel late at night and was glad to see several restaurants, and several well-known food chains nearby, including Pizza Hut, Mcdonalds, Subway and Dominos! It was just a very basic hotel, but this is what you expect from the price, so wouldn't say this is a bad point, just expected.

Room was just OK. I requested an upper quiet room with a view. The Air shafts were very interesting and they made such an interesting sound. Near the Metro.

All ok ! Exactly in front of the Metro exit. Sobriety of the room. One bathroom very clean with towels and shampoo clean, one bed with sheets clean, a tv without limit of volume and free of charges, and a long table clean and a free wifi access. And nevertheless the room was very vast. So at the end I recommended to you this hotel. You can go in it without fear. The lift was recent.

The location is good if you want to stay in north Paris. It's right on the metro station. But it can take up to 45 minutes to travel to downtown and major landmarks. The booking stated: single room, which actually means single room without bathroom, that's tricky. They should just make it clear, single room with shared bathroom. The room is clean, but very small. The wall is not sound proof, you can hear people walking in the hall and people next door blush the toilet or taking shower. No ac, which is acceptable for early July. But might be a problem in a really hot weather.

the location. there are many restaurants and shops nearby, the metro station is very very close to the hotel. The bed is comfortable, they have window blinds, heating was working while we stayed there. They have a functional elevator. Non stop front desk. The walls are paper thin, literally - if you choose a room with private bathroom you might here noises from other bathrooms. Some people from the staff was nice and helpful, some not so much.

Hotel De Paris is just a few metres from the Porte de Pantin metro station on line 5. Trains run directly to Gare du Nord in 5 minutes. This makes it easy to get around the city from the hotel. It is surrounded by several places to eat and there is a supermarket and even a laundrette nearby. There is also the Parc aux Buttes Chaumont behind it and a large cultural centre across the road. It's ideal for the budget traveller. Breakfast at 8 euros is a bit steep.

It's very near to Metro station, the room was clean, tidy. So are the bathroom and the toilet. The receptionist can speak fairly good English. The neighbourhood was tourist-friendly, still alive even at night, and easy to get food as there are quite a range of restaurant around the hotel (even Halal food as well). There are lift service, but it works on first and second floor only. It will be better if the room are equipped with some other appliances like water kettle for ease. Heating works fine even during winter. The location; even though it is near to metro station, it's quite far from the attractions, so jumping from one metro to the other is the solution. And for bathroom sharing, it was kinda crazy to share one bathroom and one toilet with more than ten other double rooms. We were lucky as at that time, only several rooms were occupied. If not, I think we had to queue up for it. Bed is a bit hard, no normal shape pillow (the pillow is kinda weird though). The wall is not that thick so, up to your luck to get good neighbour with less noise.

We did experience the best performance of budget hotel staff we have ever seen. Although it was mentioned before that there is no wireless access in a hotel, there was one and was provided for free during whole stay. At the first moment staff might not look as your best friends, but all of them were ready to help us with various questions at any time of day, And late check out shall be mentioned - you can leave whenever you want between 11 and 12 in the morning! Bed was a bit too small and a bit too uncomfortable.

Location - site seeing locations were closed by and easy reachable through subways. Some Halal food restaurants were very close and their food quality was good and within reasonable prices. Both North and East train stations were very near, just 4 station away 10-15 minutes at max. Staff was cooperative, they able to speak good English which is not common in Paris.

Very close to Porte de Pantin station on m5 (a few stops away from Gare du Nord). Hotel is located in a more ethnic area with lots of eateries. There is a supermarket and McDonalds nearby. It does take a bit of commute to get to main attractions, Montmartre and Moulin Rouge would be the easiest to get to (still requiring a change of metro). Room itself was old and simple, but shower was spacious. I was able to get decent sleep. For the same price, you can probably get a much nicer room in some other European cities. But I think this is good value for Paris, if you are after a private room with shower/toilet near metro.

I liked the location - a minute's walk from the subway station. And this might be the only advantage of the place. The hygiene of the room is absolutely awful: the carpet had very visible spots all over itself, the only towel with some specific smell had black and brown spots on it! What the people called "clean" meant distributing soap and shower gel. I stayed there 3 days and no one ever cleaned the room. There was some construction work going there so it was pretty noisy and untidy. The staff barely speaks English. And the linen had holes in them! The mattress had some plastic cover on it: I stayed there 3 days and I couldn't fall asleep at all due to inconvenience. I'll never ever in my life stay at this place.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel in December. It was very cold but the hotel was so hot that I had to wear t-shirts.Cozy place to stay at winter. You can find everything to eat around the hotel.Walking distance to Porte de Pantin and Ourq metro stations.Besides, after a 10 minutes walking you can reach beautiful parc des Buttes-Chaumont .

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Basic, but good value for money. No nasty surprises. A stones throw from Cite du la Musique, concerts for very reasonable prices, highly recommended. Nearby sushi restaurant very good value for money. Close to metro. A little characterless, but we didn't come to Paris to spend time in a hotel. Rooms on the street side are probably noisier than the other side.
