Larger room space than the others around. Silent and relax hotel concept. Helpful staff. Far from the heart of Paris, but closer to any shopping markets around. Not much easy to reach the hotel after midnight. No breakfast.

All ok ! Exactly in front of the Metro exit. Sobriety of the room. One bathroom very clean with towels and shampoo clean, one bed with sheets clean, a tv without limit of volume and free of charges, and a long table clean and a free wifi access. And nevertheless the room was very vast. So at the end I recommended to you this hotel. You can go in it without fear. The lift was recent.

The best thing about the hotel was location. Just 2 min from the train station Porte de Pantin station exit on the right hand side. The hotel was located in a very lively location, quite a lot of hussle and bustle and was a clean and safe area. There are many restaurants nearby, pizz hut and mcdonalds being the main franchises. For halal food lovers good news , there are two halal food shops 2 min from hotel. We went to istanbul gourmet and the food was delicious and very cheap. There was a small supermarket as well but not much variety, had a newsagent nearby as well. We booked triple room which was small but we had no complaints, toilets were clean and shower was small n cute. The only bad point was No pillows instead they had bed covers with filling at top to make them look like pillows and were supposedly working as pillows.Wifi didnt work on 5th floor in our room but worked fine in lobby n rest of the hotel. Didn't hv breakfast so cant say anything. It took 15 to 20 min to reach all paris destinations with direct access to most places so was very convenient to move around. Very pleased with stay and would stay there again if visit again. No pillows at all just filling in the bedcover working as pillows.Hard mattress.

The price was reasonable and the location was good for me. The Metro stop is just outside the door and the Science Museum is in the park across the street. I plan to return.

The Hotel is in a residencial area, with plenty of shops, restaurants and close to the Metro station. Direct line to Gare du Nord. Our room was quiet, facing the back yard. The lift didn't work to our floor level. The hotel is beeing restored, but is still a bit worn in corridors and staircases. The reception personell could be a bit more service-minded.

The hotel is just some steps from metro station (Port de Pantin). So, it is absolutely easy to reach any tourist spots by metro. The single room I got was quite small but comfortable. Tv and free wifi in the room are great for me. There are many food shops and few supermarkets around the hotel. There is an elevator. So, don't worry even you got a room on the fifth floor like me. There is only one shower and one toilet per each floor which there are about 10 rooms (I don't know how many shared facility or en-suite rooms on each floor).

Near to the metro station. Some restarants near the hotel. Room is clean. Shared toilet and bathroom are small. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to be shared with entire floor is not enough

The location is superb! I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Le Zenith since I attended a rock concert and I know id be too tired to travel. :) the price is also reasonable. The hotel is just outside the metro porte de pantin and is surrounded by restaurants and a grocery store. No amenities apart from soap. There's also a lift but I dont think it was working. I didnt ask so I could be wrong.

It was in front of Metro line! And it has a lot of restaurants nearby! That was perfect! They offer breakfast but I think it seems very expensive for 2 croissants and orang juice only!

Pretty basic, just to go there and have a good night sleep, nothing fancy at all. Good price for a double room, very convenient in regard to public transport, and several nice restaurants around.

Very good hotel for Paris. 1 minute to underground; many different cafes; 200m to private parking (17 euro/night). No Wi-Fi, breakfast not included (but it's normal for Paris)

Good budget hotel near the administrative Paris border but close to metro station. Good enough providing it was one of the cheapest hotels on Booking.com at the moment. Staff was really friendly and helpful, gladly provided the booking confirmation I needed for the visa. Facilities and room furnishing were quite old but mainly functioning.

I liked the location - a minute's walk from the subway station. And this might be the only advantage of the place. The hygiene of the room is absolutely awful: the carpet had very visible spots all over itself, the only towel with some specific smell had black and brown spots on it! What the people called "clean" meant distributing soap and shower gel. I stayed there 3 days and no one ever cleaned the room. There was some construction work going there so it was pretty noisy and untidy. The staff barely speaks English. And the linen had holes in them! The mattress had some plastic cover on it: I stayed there 3 days and I couldn't fall asleep at all due to inconvenience. I'll never ever in my life stay at this place.

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Basic, but good value for money. No nasty surprises. A stones throw from Cite du la Musique, concerts for very reasonable prices, highly recommended. Nearby sushi restaurant very good value for money. Close to metro. A little characterless, but we didn't come to Paris to spend time in a hotel. Rooms on the street side are probably noisier than the other side.

Room was just OK. I requested an upper quiet room with a view. The Air shafts were very interesting and they made such an interesting sound. Near the Metro.

We did experience the best performance of budget hotel staff we have ever seen. Although it was mentioned before that there is no wireless access in a hotel, there was one and was provided for free during whole stay. At the first moment staff might not look as your best friends, but all of them were ready to help us with various questions at any time of day, And late check out shall be mentioned - you can leave whenever you want between 11 and 12 in the morning! Bed was a bit too small and a bit too uncomfortable.
