Metro station is across the street. Clean room.

Reception did not have 5 euro change when I paid for my room in cash. Not that clean. Way overpriced.

Great Location! Very close to the Metro and therefor accessible to the whole city. Lots of food options within walking distance. Good service. Great atmosphere. Great value for the money

Nice hotel, but a bit expensive

The location(right besides a metro station, exit 3, the station in line 5 the station after the Ourcq station not Ourcq) and the staff were great. Moreover, If you arrive early, they receive your luggage in the morning, then you can come back in the evening for check-in. Also, for the last day of your visit, after check-out you can leave your luggage there and can collect it in the evening or night.

It is a little bit noisy but when you are exhausted, you won't understand that and also it depends on the other passengers whether they are considerate or not.

The most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in (noting we've stayed in budget hotels in 3rd world countries!), bedding not clean, door is thin so sounds come/go right through, floor dirty, housekeeping left door unlocked once.

The area was good for muslim people. Nearby halal restaurant. A minute distance to metro subway station and not far form Paris Du Nord station.

The bed is a bit noisy.

Very convenient for metro. Just outside the metro station. shops and restaurants nearby. The Japanese one is good.

Hotel was near the Exhibition Grande Hall which was helpful.

Breakfast was terrible, coffee was cold, and all you recieve is 1 small basket of bread rolls. Butter and Jam. Defiantely not worth 8 euros.

The staff was very friendly, and ready to help. When you dont have coins for the coffee machine, ask the receptionist- he will lent you from historii own. Good location, not too close to city center but nearly in front of the hotel entrance to metro. 20 minutes to the city. Clean , quiet, comfortable. World go back.

No english tv channels. Only french, but well... For the money?

It was very conveniently located close to several metro stations. Simple accommodations, yet adequate. Several grocery marts close by as well as quite a few different restaurants.

Rooms were a bit chilly, with no way to turn up the heat, but we just wore warmer clothes, and the blankets kept us warm at night.

not close to anything, no kettle in the rooms, rooms small and cramped,nobody spoke a word of english around the hotel but the staff tried their best, very very expensive

Great location for getting around (less than 10 minutes to Gare du Nord), comfy beds, shared bathroom clean and always available. Rooms on top floor have Velex skylight with blackout and good distance from road noise.

As with many places in Paris the smoking ban appears to be a suggestion rather than a respected law.

although basic the cleanliness was second to none. I've stayed in 5* that are no where near as clean. Top marks.

Smell of paint , rooms recently painted should not be rented until fully dried. It gave me a headache, I slept with windows open. I'll never come back to this hotel.

As I persom who left her heart at Montmarte I didn`t acrually enjoyed location but my friends did. The room (for 3 person w a personal bathroom) is nice and small - typical for Paris, stuff is nice - allowed to use their microwave and helped to navigate in the area. We had a room in the end of the corridor and Wi-Fi signal was to low we had to move to the elevator or downstairs everytime we wanted to check into social networks Anyway Our stay was nice for a short period of time

2 days before arrival a sum for a 1st night was frozen on my account. it`s the 1st time I`m engaged into such situation actually

Small but convenient room. Our bathroom was on the hallway, so I suggest you pay 10€ more to have it in the room (65€ without, 75€ with). The location is great, 20m from the subway. Around the hotel are several shops & restaurants with good prices (cheap to reasonable). We didn't have the 8€-extra-breakfast but had some croissants and coffee in a bar around the corner.

The bathroom didn't have any chair or clothhangers, so where do you hang your clothes? Finally we went with only our towel around the waist, not very convenient. If you can, ask for a room away from the street. It can be noisy and you'd like to open the window, certainly in the summer. But in all, a nice stay. I'll come back (away from the street + with own bathroom).

Clean, basic, comfortable, v easy to get to central Paris, prking convenient. A good base for a short sightseeing trip to Paris
