Nice location - just 3 minutes from Lyon railway station. Many nice places to dine. A few supermarkets around. A hop in - hop off bus stops around.

For a tall person like me (194 cm) the room and especially bathroom were very tiny and I'd even say uncomfortable. I personally would not choose this place again because of that.

Quick check in, great modern bathroom. Very early breakfast.

We stayed here overnight after booking at short notice. The hotel is small, quiet, very clean, with excellent bathroom, well located to the Aligre market , and good value.All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Anne & Michael- Fremantle , Australia

Very friendly staff, and the rooms were nice. It would have been nice if breakfast was included but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Staff were polite & spoke good English. Close to the Gare d Lyon rooms were clean & tidy

The room was not the one pictured on the bookings website. Bathroom was too small. I asked for a decent view but got a awful view.

The €1 coffee machine made amazing coffee! Lovely decorated hotel, very well maintained with comfortable, spacious rooms.

Evening time staff member on 8/12/12 (can't remember his name unfortunately) was terribly rude to me and my friend and couldn't even bring himself to order a taxi for us, shouted repeatedly at us for not being able to pronounce French words and just generally seemed to of taken an instant disliking to us being two young English girls for no reason what so ever! We Found his attitude a disgrace. Other than that all other staff members seemed nice.

Perfect location near Gare de Lyon. Seems to be newly renovated, so everything looks new and very clean.

It was possible to hear running water in next door bathroom through our one, but cloing the door to our bathroom reduced the noises significantly.

Good location, very near to Gare de Lyon (not to the attractions though but you can easily catch a metro or [like we did] take a hoho tour, hoho bus stop is near Gare de Lyon). It felt there was always a new person at the reception and I must have seen 4-5 different people in the 2.5 days we were there. But they were all very nice and friendly. Room was also nice and clean. There is a coffee machine in the hotel lobby where you can get a good coffee / hot chocolate etc for just 1 Euro and they also have water bottles/chocolates etc and don't overcharge you for them. Wifi worked great in the room.

Room size was a bit too small, we have stayed in better and bigger rooms for this kind of money. Our room was on the ground floor with a window on the lane outside and sometimes you could hear people talking as they passed by. The heater wouldn't really work (they said it will work automatically if the temperature outside became really cold. Well, for us it did become really cold and it was raining too but we were unable to have the heater working after another request as well. So we just used the extra blanket the reception guy was nice enough to offer us.)

We appreciated that we could drop off our luggage before check in time. It was easy to walk to interesting Paris locations from this hotel.

It was clean, comfortable and very close to Gare de Lyon. Staff were very helpful.

Had to leave for train at 7.00 - too early for breakfast.

Hotel staff were very kind for everything, I felt secure because of that which is very important for a stranger who comes first time to Paris. They helped me to send fax and also a plugin for my notebook. Thank you.

I did not like quilt.I don't know why. It is something like it itches my body. Also I think it is good to have a slipper in the room.

Free WiFi, friendly staff. Desk and chair roomy/comfortable enough to enable working with laptop.

As room was located on a ground floor the window was (understandably) painted by white color and so it was opaque. I would prefer transparent windows :-) Stony (covered with ceramic plates) floor was not very cosy. Wooden or carpeted floor would be nicer.

The staff at the hotel were great. The location was in a nice part of town so I felt safe walking around with my children. There are also amazing restaurants nearby. The room in the hotwl was small but that is normal in Paris. The room had everything we needed however.

It was close to Gare de Lyon and this was helpful as I arrived by train at night. It was also reasonably quiet.

I found it impossible to use wifi on my iPad and the staff could not or would not help. The hotel claimed to offer free wifi access.

We were looking for a hotel near the train station and Hotel De Reims worked out well. It is within walking distance to the Gare De Lyon. Even with our luggage it was very manageable.
