Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Welcomeing and very help full staff. Free Parking. very convient for old town and convient for access to Gare SNCF and to enter or Leave Tours (which is a very confuseing city to drive through). Unexpected extras such as a bathrobe in the room. A definate and unpleasent smell from the en suite bathroom. The bed room and en suite was small even by French standards.The TV did not work. This was not important to me as I was traveling round the area but indicated the room was not checked correctly. While I accept the price for the room was cheep the fact that the staff only spoke French could cause problems for non french speakers. |

Relatively cheap, good location in a quiet street close to the centre. Basic, but not expensive. The bathroom had a rather unpleasant stagnant water smell. |

Very central for Tours, the restaurant next door was fantastic! The concierge was very friendly and helpful, especially with the boys (aged 7 and 11) Thought the breakfast was very poor value for money. |

Very well received. Hotel very clean and well run. good continental breakfast in the morning. Television in rooms with plenty of channels. Even a bathrobe (not something you would expect for this price). Very convenient for the Gare SNCF. |

The hotel is just beside the main railway station and near the Tourist Information Office. (Very Central). It also has its own private car parking facilities. It is OK for the room rate. There should be a greater price difference between a singe and a double room. Good enough for young couples and tourists who would be out most of the time. Rooms are quite small. On the main road side the rooms are noisy from guests from a restaurant opposite the hotel. No elevator. |

Rooms were clean by two star standards. Rooms were bright and beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi present and the hotel workers/ owners were very helpful despite their limited English. Located right in the heart of the city (everything is close). Hotel lacks air conditioning which is important during the summer months. Hotel owners/ front desk were sweating profusely in the lobby and that should have been a clear indication that it would not be present in the room. No elevators present so if you are not very mobile try to avoid being placed on the third floor. |

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel did not have a lift, only stairs. We were okay to take stairs, but it may be hard for people who have problem with legs or with heavy bags if they stay at the higher floors. |

The proximity to the train station at Tours was great - less than 5 mins. The area of the hotel was quiet - no traffic noise. The owner didn't speak any English & communication was very difficult. There is no English literature at the hotel - map, brochures, etc. The room itself was very basic & cheap. The plastic bed underlay was really uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel was at least a 20-30 min walk from the main area of interest in the town. |

Central location - easy walk to amenities Friendly staff - prompt action to minor problems Good value for money I had intended to pay the bill on credit card but at the end of the stay when paying the bill - they had no facility to pay by either credit or debit card - even though it was advertised on the door. Had to dash to cash point to get cash out which was inconvenient and could only get 300 euros out in one day - I was paying for two rooms - we needed to know in advance. We scraped up cash between us. |

Propreté, mais vraiment juste pour dormir, chambre bien trop petite pour rester plus d'une nuit. On nous a refusé un deuxième oreiller lors de notre première nuit, soit disant la politique de l'hotel c'est un oreiller par chambre .... Chambre très petite |

rien de spécial, juste un bon emplacement L'heure de disponibilité des chambres, la disponibilité du parking (Pas le droit de se garer sur le parking de l'hotel jusqu'a l'heure de notre départ car le parking est réserver la journée par des commerçant du centre ville...Le prix est chère pour ce que l'hotel représente.) |

J'ai aimé la gentillesse de l'employé : informations simples et utiles fournies.Ma chambre était petite mais fort bien équipée : TV grand écran plat accrochée au mur.Douche spartiate (au sol) mais fonctionnelle avec un vrai jet.Je n'ai pas eu froid.La literie (très molle) avec un matelas qui mériterait d'être changé (on voit des taches dessus).Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.Bref pour une seule personne en voyage d'affaire c'est suffisant étant donné le rapport qualité/prix. |
