Hotel De Rosny  

Central location, quiet.

Room too expensive. Tiny bathroom. Small breakfast room dominated by huge TV screen. Breakfast not good value for money.

The location is very close to the train station in Tours but still, the room was quiet. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. The stuff is helpful, although English is not their strong point. Safe lockers are available to leave the baggages before check-in / after checkout. Free wifi in the rooms, with good reception.

Everything is small about the hotel. Very narrow staircase, small room, very-very tiny bathroom. Except an unnecessarily huge TV.

Not much but it was useful to have secure car parking,

For a total price of Eur107 this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. For half the price we paid maybe it would have been more acceptable. We had a family room that was very small, overlooking a noisy road. When we asked how to turn on the AC, we were informed it was automatic but only on when the temp reaches 27 degs! We decided not to have breakfast, which would have added another Eur 28, on check out we were then told the credit card macine didn't work and asked to go to the bank for cash.

Clean and quiet room, although being too small. Good value for money if you want to sleep in tours, very close to the station. Very helpful luggage boxes in the hall.

We really liked it:nice and clean room with brand new woodden furniture, kind staff, no loud noises coming in from outside or neighbouring rooms. Ideal location. +1: we could leave our bags there after checkout (in safe lockers) while we went to the city.

Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout accueillant, on a l'impression de déranger... Les chambres doivent être libérées à 10h, pas terrible pour le we. Chambre minuscule, salle de bains minuscule avec des problèmes de plomberie.

Le personnel et la proximité avec mon lieu de travail et la gare.

La salle de bain trop petite.

Bon accueil, situation géographique interessante proche de la gare, bon rapport qualité/prix, calme, pas de bruit entendu; contrairement à certains avis négatifs lus à l'automne 2011, l'accueil est correct, l'ascenseur fonctionne jusqu'au 3eme étage, la chambre est bien insonorisée, et le petit déjeuner est correct; certes la chambre est petite, mais à ce prix là il ne faut pas demander une suite royale..

Television

Douche miniscule . Trop de bruits on entends tout dans les couleurs . Marche qui grince dans le couloir . Un oreiller sur 2 !

Etablissement simple, proche de' la ville disposant d'un parking fermé.

Manque de transparence (le parking est payant !), l'ascenceur en panne !!
