The staff were very helpful!

The bed was not comfortable.

Welcomeing and very help full staff. Free Parking. very convient for old town and convient for access to Gare SNCF and to enter or Leave Tours (which is a very confuseing city to drive through). Unexpected extras such as a bathrobe in the room.

A definate and unpleasent smell from the en suite bathroom. The bed room and en suite was small even by French standards.The TV did not work. This was not important to me as I was traveling round the area but indicated the room was not checked correctly. While I accept the price for the room was cheep the fact that the staff only spoke French could cause problems for non french speakers.

Very central for Tours, the restaurant next door was fantastic! The concierge was very friendly and helpful, especially with the boys (aged 7 and 11)

Thought the breakfast was very poor value for money.

The hotel is just beside the main railway station and near the Tourist Information Office. (Very Central). It also has its own private car parking facilities. It is OK for the room rate. There should be a greater price difference between a singe and a double room. Good enough for young couples and tourists who would be out most of the time.

Rooms are quite small. On the main road side the rooms are noisy from guests from a restaurant opposite the hotel. No elevator.

The proximity to the train station at Tours was great - less than 5 mins. The area of the hotel was quiet - no traffic noise.

The owner didn't speak any English & communication was very difficult. There is no English literature at the hotel - map, brochures, etc. The room itself was very basic & cheap. The plastic bed underlay was really uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel was at least a 20-30 min walk from the main area of interest in the town.

L'espace salle de bain (cabine tout compris), la télé non réglée, pas d'électricité quand la lumière est éteinte, bruyant coté rue...

Propreté, mais vraiment juste pour dormir, chambre bien trop petite pour rester plus d'une nuit.

On nous a refusé un deuxième oreiller lors de notre première nuit, soit disant la politique de l'hotel c'est un oreiller par chambre .... Chambre très petite

Fonctionnel

Chambre étroite au trosième étage sans ascenseur à reserver à une population jeune.

rien lors de la reservation il faudrait avoir le numéro de la chambre
